Been undecorating today. Definitely not as fun as decorating. What do you all do with a tree skirt that needs cleaning? It has embellishments on it. I don't want to take it to the cleaners. I wonder what would happen if I put it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle.

Wish I could put mine away but the garage is a mess. Everything had to be mooshed together to make room for the hot water heater replacement coming on Tuesday. So I will do this all next weekend.

sportsgirl, this is the earliest I've ever put Christmas away. It's because the tree was so crispy. I have really enjoyed spending the holiday with all my virtual friends here and sharing our holiday plans via this thread.
