A very fitting ending.... I myself have wondered about the Vic & Mags with those living quarters... I also cannot see Vic at Mags or vice versa.. I hope they take this relationship slow and have them enjoy each other's company. Perhaps in the end, they may have to create a middle ground for them.
So Glad Caroline is doing well and perfect it fits in with Bo's family.

It was wonderful! Thanks for sharing the story. I too have always wondered what they would do. Victor is too big for Maggies. I mean that in who he is as a person, not actual size and the mansion is just not Maggie! Perfect ending! Thanks jkjpatch!

Thanks for your great comments everyone. So happy you enjoyed the story.
I always like to give you a little behind-the-scenes information (whether you like it or not, LOL) after I finish posting a story. So here goes.
This was actually two stories put together. Around the time Caroline switched the paternity test results on air, I wrote a story about her having Alzheimer’s disease to explain what made her do something so far out of character. The working title was “Remember Me.” The story was really depressing all by itself and I put it aside. Then the idea of It’s Magic came to me, and, as I was writing it, I thought about the “Remember Me” story and I was able to bridge the two stories because of Victor’s connection to both.
So there you have it. Thank you again for your readership and your comments. Your comments mean more than I can say.

Had to wait a long time to read the end of this story. It was wonderful. Just love how you captured the alzheimers in the story. I could see it happening in Caroline. Just loved the love story between Victor and Maggie. Was so happy with the way that Maggie put Nathan in his place. Thanks for such a wonderful story.

Great story KPatch. I'm still giggling thinking about Maggie and Victor wearing bathrobes and wandering around the mansion. Victor and Daniel and the "find a cure" discussion is hilarious! And then Daniel failed. ROFL Now I'm off to find poor broken Nathan and give him a big hug and tell him Grandma didn't really mean to be mean. She must have been having a bad day.
