I laughed at Max's line too about where babies come from.
Sweet that Sydney asked Ceri to the Turnabout dance.

Chapter 3 AMERICINN - LADYSMITH, WISCONSIN It was now early evening. Ciara and Claire had stopped in the town of Ladysmith, Wisconsin. They were currently in the hot tub of the AmericInn. CLAIRE: This place is adorable! CIARA: I know! It's so cute! It almost looks like a log cabin. CLAIRE: Totally. You know, I wouldn't mind staying here for a few more days. CIARA: Up to you, girl. I'm cool with whatever you wanna do. Claire's phone rang. Claire got out of the hot tub and walked over to the table with her phone on it. She picked it up and pressed a button. CLAIRE: Hello? SHAWN-D (VO, over the phone): Hey, Claire bear. How's the trip going? CLAIRE: Hi, Dad. It's going really good. Ciara and I are in this town in Wisconsin called Ladysmith. It has one of the most adorable little hotels! SHAWN-D (VO, over phone): That's great! I'm glad you're having fun! CLAIRE: So, how are things out there? SHAWN-D AND BELLE'S HOUSE SHAWN-D: We're okay. Things are still a little crazy. Jan walked in. CLAIRE (VO, over phone): Crazy? How so? JAN: Is that our daughter? SHAWN-D: I'll...I'll tell you about that later. I'm really sorry, but I gotta go. Love you. CLAIRE (VO, over phone): Okay. Bye, Dad. Love you. Shawn-D hung up the phone. JAN: Why did you do that? I wanted to talk to our daughter. SHAWN-D: She's not our daughter, Jan. She's mine. Mine and Belle's. JAN: You still don't believe me? Do I have to get another test done? SHAWN-D: No, you don't. But I do. JAN: Why? SHAWN-D: Because I don't believe you. I know in my heart that Claire is Belle's daughter. And I will not rest until the truth is revealed. |

Chapter 4 SALEM UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL Shawn-D had gone to the hospital early the next day to get another D.N.A. test done. Melanie was doing the test. She handed him an envelope. MELANIE: Here ya go. SHAWN-D: Thanks. Wait, Melanie, didn't you...? MELANIE: Didn't I what? SHAWN-D: I just thought...last fall, when André was around... Melanie cocked back her eyebrow. SHAWN-D: Never mind. It's nothing. Thanks for doing the test. MELANIE: Yep. Melanie walked away. Shawn-D opened the envelope. SHAWN-D: Well, I was right. Belle is Claire's mother. But, what's this? Under the word "father" was the name "Philip Kiriakis". SHAWN-D: No. That can't be right. In another part of the hospital, Melanie went into an examination room. MELANIE: I know I said I'd stay away, but. Melanie put one finger in her mouth and took it out a second later. MELANIE (southern accent): I just couldn't resist. Melanie pulled off her hair, which was actually a wig, to reveal blonde hair. Apparently her face was just a mask, as she soon pulled it off, revealing not Melanie, but Morgan. MORGAN: It's really a shame that Melanie was killed by André this past fall. But this is just too good an opportunity to pass up. Max Brady, you will be mine. SAMI & LUCAS' HOUSE Sydney knocked on the door of Allie's room. The door opened. ALLIE: What's up, Syd? The two walked into the room. SYDNEY: I need your help, Al. ALLIE: Okay. What can I do for you? SYDNEY: Well, Turnabout's this weekend and I'm going with Ceri. The thing is, I don't have a dress. I was wondering, since you like to wear those things, could you come shopping with me and help me pick out a dress, please? ALLIE: I'd love to! Come on, let's go. Allie and Sydney left the room. |

Chapter 5 DRESS SHOP Allie and Sydney were now looking for a dress for Sydney to wear to Turnabout. ALLIE: I thought you wore a dress to Philip and Melanie's party. SYDNEY: Nope. I thought about it. But, I ended up wearing shorts and a tank top. ALLIE: Well, we've gotta make sure we find a nice dress for you. What color were you thinking? SYDNEY: Black, red, or purple. So, the two started looking. They had found some nice red and black dresses. But, for some reason, Sydney didn't want any of them. She liked a few of the purple dresses, but so far, nothing had caught her attention. Then as she got near the end of the rack... SYDNEY: Oh my gosh! Allie looked up. ALLIE: What? What is it? SYDNEY: I found it! I found the perfect dress! ALLIE: Well, go try it on. Let's see it. Sydney walked away with the dress in hand. A few minutes later, she came back wearing the dress.  ALLIE: Wow! Turn around. Sydney turned in a circle. ALLIE: I like it. I like it a lot. How do you like it, Sydney? SYDNEY: I love it! ALLIE: Then, lets get it. We just need to get you some shoes first. SYDNEY: But I have shoes at home. ALLIE: Syd, you can't wear converse to Turnabout. SYDNEY: Why not? I have purple ankle socks and my converse are purple. They'll match the dress perfectly. Besides, I hate flip-flops and sandals. ALLIE: Well, we'll talk about it. SALEM INN Morgan was pacing around her hotel room. MORGAN: Okay. It'll be fine. I switched the paternity again. Shawn-D and Belle will grow apart. Chelsea will try to comfort her brother. Max and Chelsea will grow apart because of the babies, leaving me free to snag Max. I mean, they really are having babies, just not five. It's actually only three that they're havin'. But, they don't know that. This'll be perfect. |
