I'm glad Nicole and Rafe were for the most part honest with each other. Nicole had some very valid points about their friendship.
I hope Philip doesn't settle. I know he doesn't want to be alone, but he doesn't really want to be just content with anyone either.

I'm glad Nicole talked to Rafe. She needs to learn how to function without being in a relationship. She has plenty of support for her and Holly without pushing Philip into a marriage.
If Belle cared about fixing her marriage she wouldn't have gone to Philip for money. I'm glad he turned her down.

Chapter 505a
Nicole, Philip, Melanie and Maggie sat in the Kiriakis living room while Justin stood before them holding a set of papers.
“It’s been a long journey to get to this place,” Justin stated, “but probate has finally been completed and we can proceed with the distribution of Daniel Jonas’s estate.”
Melanie let out a hmph and Maggie patted her hand. “Be gracious, dear,” she whispered to her granddaughter.
“It’s pretty simple,” Justin continued. “Daniel’s estate is split three ways, now that we have received proof positive that Holly Walker Jonas is Daniel’s biological child.”
Justin picked up a legal document from the coffee table, slipped on a pair of eyeglasses and began reading. “Melanie, you are bequeathed one third of your father’s estate.”
He looked at Philip. “Philip, your son Parker is bequeathed one third of Daniel’s estate, which will remain in trust with Vanguard Investment Services until Parker reaches the age of majority. Until that time, you may petition the trustee for eligible expenses, meaning goods and services related to Parker’s health care, education and housing.”
He turned to Nicole. “Nicole, your daughter Holly will receive one third of Daniel’s estate which will remain in a trust with Vanguard Investment Services until Holly reaches the age of majority. Until that time, you may petition the trustee for eligible expenses, meaning goods and services related to Holly’s health care, education and housing. All distributions will be completed within 90 days.”
He paused to look at the others. “Does anyone have any questions?” When no one asked any questions, Justin said, “Then we can consider the reading of Daniel’s will concluded. If you think of any questions, by all means, ask, and I will be happy to help.”
Maggie and Philip approached Justin, while Melanie quickly got up from the sofa and walked over to Nicole. “Are you happy now?” she asked bitterly.
