Lately I have been seeing some advice of helpful & really good products that have been used... I got this idea to put them all in one spot so we can find them...
It can even be for a delicious food product you bought not just for cleaning and such....
I used to belong to a Kraft forum years ago and we had a thread like this. It was great & very helpful.

Very cool.
My Magic Eraser is a godsend in the kitchen, bathtub, and for getting pencil off the walls (don't ask).
Also, I found this neat trick to get wax off the carpet or a shirt, to put a brown paper bag over it, and iron it (melts the wax onto the paper) to help get a lot of it up.

OxyClean - as I wrote in another thread it took nail polish out of my carpet. It was freshly spilled nail polish. Not sure if it would work if it's dry.

Great thread idea, SG! Mae recommended a Pledge dusting product that I wanted to be sure to remember. I have the magic eraser but I really haven't used it yet.
One product I swear by is Zycam. It really works to prevent or shorten colds.

I love the magic eraser, but it doesn't get long set crayon out. I did find that out in our rental house. They had 2 young boys and they destroyed the walls. I couldn't get it off.
I love the Works toilet bowl cleaner. I can't see spending all the money when the works does just as good.

I love Greased Lightning.. All other household cleaners fail but not this one. The dirt comes right off as you spray it.

The Pledge was the new Pledge Dust & Allergen. It comes in a white can and should be right next to the other pledge products in the store. Cleaned my highest ceiling fan this weekend (which doesn't hapen very often b/c of how high up it is) and had it cleaned in no time as well. Another thing I love is the Mr. Clean with Febreeze for mopping floors. Not only does it smell good, but it has gotten most everything up that the kids have managed to spill, draw, etc. For cleaning grease spots off of the stove or backsplashes (especially when using a fry daddy), Ilove Pine Sol mixed with a little water. Spray that on it and use the copper "wire" scrubbers and it comes off pretty easily. Works great for other things as well. I love the Kaboom tablets for the toilets as well. Instead of laying them in the tank like you do the bleach tablets they have a container that they sit in and water runs through there & into the bowl. This keeps the bleach from eating away at the rubber seals between the bowl & the tank and as long as you keep tablets in there, you don't have to do the scrubbing that cleaning toilets entails. That's all I can think of at the moment. As I think of more, I'll pass them along  |

No problem fluffy! With a farm, two young boys, a full time job, a part time job, and several other things going on, I'm always looking for stuff that works great the first time without having to spend a lot of time scrubbing with very little results.

Can you use the Magic Eraser on pots and pans? There was a mishap involving my new All Clad stainless steel fry pan, oil, and a husband.
