SAMI: André!
ANDRE: No, thankfully. André's still in hiding.
SONNY: What are you doing here?
ANDRE: I was just taking a bit of a stroll through town, when I saw quite a gathering, and decided to see what was going on. As I said, congratulations, Samantha and Lucas.
LUCAS (whispering): Do you believe this?
ROMAN (whispering): Not for a minute.
SAMI: What are you really doing here, André?
ANDRE: Oh, how many times? It's Tony! Anyway, I've already told you what I'm doing here. I can't help it if you don't believe it. In any case, I'm glad that I ran into you all. I have a rather big surprise coming for you. I was recently contacted by...an old friend, shall we say.
SAMI: You're working with him, aren't you?
ANDRE: “Working with him?” To whom are you referring, Samantha?
LUCAS: You know who we're talking about! That guy who visited us a few days ago. Thomas Banks, or whatever his name was.
John looked at Marlena.
JOHN: Banks?
MARLENA: Susan's identical brother.
SAMI: Mom, you know about Thomas Banks?
MARLENA: Susan and I keep in touch. She's mentioned on many occasions that she has a brother. However, I can't say that I've ever met him.
ANDRE: If I may. As I was saying, I have a big surprise coming. And I'm sure you'll all be fascinated to see it.
JOHNNY: When do we get to see it?
ANDRE: Very soon. You'll receive a card in the mail tomorrow. That will have the date and location of where the surprise is. Congratulations again. I must find an appropriate wedding present.
André turned and walked out.
WILL: What the hell was that?
SAMI: Trouble. Big trouble.

AYERS ROCK/ULURU – AUSTRALIA
It was getting on in the evening, and the students that had chosen to remain at Ayer's Rock were watching the sunset. They gazed at it as the sun made the colors of the rock change and sparkle. There were shades of orange, yellow, reds and purples.
CLAIRE: This is gorgeous!
Chase nodded.
TRIX: You know what would be fun?
CIARA: What?
TRIX: We should go for another hike. See the rock from a different angle.
CIARA: That sounds awesome! You guys coming?
CLAIRE: No thanks. I just wanna sit here for a bit.
CHASE: Same here.
CIARA: Suit yourselves.
Trix and Ciara got up and started hiking along the rock. After getting some distance away from the others, they stopped.
CIARA: Wow. It looks so different from this angle.
Trix nodded.
TRIX: It's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
CIARA: Same here.
TRIX: Ciara?
CIARA: Yeah?
TRIX: When you asked if I had a crush on anybody, I wasn't entirely truthful. There is one person.
CIARA: Well, I didn't exactly ask that. I asked if you had a boyfriend.
TRIX: I don't. Because I'm not into guys.
CIARA: Oh, that's cool.
TRIX: Really?
CIARA: Yeah, totally.
TRIX: I'm glad you think so. Because, there's something else I need to tell you. I don't really know how to say this, so I guess I'll just show you...
Before Ciara knew it, she felt Trix's mouth on hers.

Way to be forward and not find out if Ciara wants this Trix! I had a feeling she wasn't into guys. I don't think Ciara will reciprocate though.

Sami is right. Andre is causing big trouble. And I can't wait to see what he does.

Chapter 237

AYERS ROCK/ULURU – AUSTRALIA
The kiss lasted only a moment, but to Ciara, it felt much longer. Once she realized what was happening, she pushed back.
CIARA: What the hell are you doing?
TRIX: I thought that would clear everything up.
CIARA: Why did you do that?
TRIX: Isn't it obvious? I like you, Ciara. I like you a lot.
CIARA: No, you don't. You can't.
TRIX: Well, thanks for telling me how I feel.
CIARA: You can't, because you don't even really know me. We've known each other, what, a month, maybe.
TRIX: I can't help how I feel. And, yeah, maybe we have only known each other for a month, but I still have feelings for you. Truth is, I've had a crush on you since we first met. I thought you would understand. You said you were cool with it.
CIARA: I said I was cool with you liking girls. And, I am. That's awesome. What I'm not cool with is you just kissing me. You don't do that. You don't just kiss someone.
TRIX: I'm sorry, okay? I mean, I'm not sorry that I told you how I feel, but I'm sorry that you took it the wrong way.
CIARA: The wrong way?
TRIX: Seriously, though, calm down. It was just a kiss.
CIARA: Like I said you can't just do that. I'm sorry if what I have to say is going to hurt you, Trix, really, I am. But, I don't like you in that way. I don't have the kind of feelings for you that you want me to have. I want us to be friends, sure, but that's all.
Trix nodded.
TRIX: I see. I guess I got a little carried away, you know. I thought...well, when you said you didn't have a boyfriend, I thought...but obviously I was wrong.
CIARA: Trix, like I said, I like you as a person. And I'm sorry if I hurt you, I don't want to do that. But, I just don't feel that way.
TRIX: I get it. I'm used to it.
Trix walked away.

SAMI & LUCAS' APARTMENT
The next morning, Sami and Lucas were having breakfast. They heard a knocking sound at the door.
SAMI: I'll get it.
Sami got up and opened the door. There was nobody there. There was, however, an envelope lying on the floor.
SAMI: Oh my god. This is it!
Sami picked up the envelope and closed the door.
LUCAS: What is it?
Sami opened the envelope.
SAMI: It's the information André said he was going to send.
She handed Lucas the paper that had been in the envelope.
LUCAS: Meet me at Pier 9, Friday, 8 pm. Come alone.
SAMI: So, that's it, then.
LUCAS: Sami, I have to ask, you're not seriously thinking of going, are you?
SAMI: I have to.
LUCAS: You realize that this is likely a trap, right?
SAMI: Of course I do. But I have to see what this is all about.
LUCAS: Then, we will.
SAMI: We?
LUCAS: I'm coming with you. When you asked me to marry you, you said you were all in. Well, so am I. If you're going, I'm going with you.
SAMI: I'm glad to hear it. That'll make at least four of us, then.
LUCAS: Four of us?
SAMI: Lucas, come on. You don't seriously expect me to go to the Pier to meet André by myself. I may be reckless, but I'm not stupid. I have a plan.

I'm hoping Ciara's words have an impact on Trix and she'll never do that again without being sure the other party is interested. So inappropriate.

Glad to see Sami has a brain and a plan! I wonder who the two other people are. John and Roman?

Chapter 238

SAMI & LUCAS' APARTMENT
LUCAS: So, what's your plan?
SAMI: My dad and John are gonna go to the Pier and check things out, and then I'm going to the DiMera Mansion to wait for André, while I tell Tony, Anna and Chad about the situation. I think they're gonna try to get Uncle Steve in on it, too. You could come, if you want.
LUCAS: Sounds like you've got it all covered. But, regardless, I think I will.
SAMI: Good. Whatever happens from here on, I want us to face it together.
LUCAS: And you know we will.
Sami and Lucas kissed.

BUS – AUSTRALIA
The next day, the group were on a bus. They had left Uluru, and were headed for another part of the Outback, Alice Springs. Most of the students were asleep, as the bus had left early in the morning. Ciara wasn't. She was looking at pictures on her phone. They stopped for breakfast at a rest stop, and after they got back on, everyone returned to their seats. Everyone except Noelle, that is. She sat down next to Ciara.
NOELLE: Hey.
CIARA: Hi.
NOELLE: We need to talk.
CIARA: About what? I thought you hated me.
NOELLE: Hate's a strong word. But, I am concerned for you. You see, I saw something very interesting last night.
CIARA: What's that?
NOELLE: You and the Aussie getting it on.
CIARA: Noelle, why are you here?
NOELLE: I told you, I have a slight concern. I'm sure other people would, too, if they saw this.
Noelle showed Ciara a picture she had taken with her phone. A picture of Trix kissing Ciara.
CIARA: That picture doesn't show what actually happened.
NOELLE: It doesn't have to. I was there. I heard everything. Besides, people are going to believe what I say when they see this.
CIARA: It's a picture of Trix kissing me against my will. Anyone with a brain can see I'm not into it. It's not even a good picture.
NOELLE: Oh, come on, Ciara. People will believe whatever they want to believe.
CIARA: I'd think you'd know by now, after watching me handle Jade Michaels before, that I don't respond to bullying. So, if you think you're going to intimidate me with a grainy and very poorly lit picture of something that really doesn't mean anything outside of some minor unwanted affection, think again. Heck, if you really want to, share the picture. Go ahead. It'll just make you look like an idiot when nobody takes notice. Because, here's the thing, whatever you think this picture does or doesn't mean, the people who really matter won't care about some grainy picture of a girl forcing a kiss on another girl.
NOELLE: Well, thanks for the speech, but I really don't care. Besides, it'd be too easy to use the picture against you. I have other things in mind.
Noelle went to a different seat. A few minutes later, Claire came and sat next to Ciara.
CLAIRE: What was all that about?
CIARA: Just me calling Noelle's bluff. Nothing to worry about.

I'm glad Ciara stood up to Noelle. There's really nothing Noelle can do to hurt her. Even if Ciara had wanted to kiss Trix, so what? It's not like anyone who matters is going to be upset by the possibility that Ciara could be gay or bi. And blackmailing someone over having been kissed against their will is pretty low. It's a type of sexual assault for goodness sake, even though Trix didn't mean it to be!

Love that Lucas and Sami are facing this together. Sami's plan should be good!
