I recorded it on Tivo b/c I wasn't home. I have started watching it but I'm only going to watch until 9:00 when Mad Men comes on. I like to see that as soon as it comes on.
I'm not watching the Daytime Emmys and from what I read in the thread you guys made, it sounds like I'm not missing much.
Anyone who's not watching Food Network Star, they usually re-air it later in the night so if you want to see it you can watch then or record it.

I still haven't seen last week's episode. OMG. I am pretty sure they rerun it on Saturday and Sunday.
I wonder if Paula Deen's ousting will have any impact on the show. She usually appears on Food Network Star. I would presume they won't cut her out of it if it's filmed already.

I doubt they would cut her since they didn't remove her show from the air.They are just not renewing her contract. Kpatch, I'm not sure how it will impact the show but I read that lots of people are leaving negative comments on Food Network's Facebook page saying they are not going to watch the network anymore because they let her go. I'm not sure if they really mean it but I did check out the page and there were a TON of people supporting her. I like her but don't really watch her show anymore anyway. The only shows I really watch on Food Network are FN Star, Pioneer Woman and on the rare occasion, Chopped. I'll keep the rest of my opinions on the matter to myself so we can hopefully keep this a fun thread. |
