Michael Petrone is back as Sy, the mugger who Kristen hired and beat up Brady. He'll share key scenes with Eileen Davidson (Kristen) on Thursday, March 28. Look for Sy to be back the following week, too, in a pivotal story turn with another Salemite.
Members of two prominent families, who haven't been seen in a while, are heading back to the story canvas. They're both females. One is a veteran. The other is a younger character, who hasn't been mentioned in years.

I bet the vet is Laura Horton because JJ is coming back and already coming back and the younger chracter has to be Cassie Brady.
Rumors are Chrishell Stause has already singed with Days and many have said she would make a great Cassie recast if Alexis didn't comeback.
I've always thought Chrishell would make a great Cassie recast if AT didn't comeback.
I hope Cassie is coming back!

I hope so! It could be Jeannie and Kim but I just don't see any need for them on the show right now. Cassie and Laura are both chracters that the show needs right now. |

I was just thinking of younger women from prominent families that haven't been mentioned in awhile. Veteran could be misleading. Carrie was considered a veteran so it's not necessarily an older woman.

It could Jessica Fallon as the vet....she already came back previously. It doesn't say they are coming back for any time period.
Maybe it will be Belle & Claire as maybe they finally end the Where's Bo story.

It says that the two have not been seen in a while so I don't its Jessica who was just seen last year and I don't think its Carrie because CC is pregnant with her 3rd child and don't she will be back for a while.
I hope we find out soon.

I don't think it's Carrie either. I meant that veteran doesn't necessarily mean an older character. It could be someone in their 30's or 40's.

I could see the vet being Laura with the whole Jennifer story and since JJ is returning.

Since the thing about Sy is for March, I'm assuming these women are appearing soon. It also doesn't say whether they are long term. With Chloe and Nancy's exit coming soon I wonder if the more unknown female could be Joy.
I'm at a loss for the other one. Carrie could be a possibility with Brady's wedding and also Marlena seeming to need some support. I haven't heard any of those sudden mentions they usually do before a character return.
