Ohhhh Nooooooo I don't like that Chloe failed two of the tests, but it is known that pregnant women have more problems remembering things. I remember it scaring my Sister in Law. So Maybe that just shows she is pregnant. Looking forward to Thursday that chapter sounds exciting. Tbanks for the previews Kpatch.

SALEM
Once Nicole arrived, Philip left. He made the trip into Salem and drove the familiar route up the hill to the exclusive section of town … to the house he grew up in. To his surprise, his security code still worked and he punched the keypad to open the main gate before driving through the property to the mansion. He rang the bell and was greeted by a friendly face. Henderson: Philip. Come in. Philip: Thanks for letting me come. Henderson: This is your home, sir. How are you? Philip: I’ve been better. That’s for sure. How about you? Henderson: I echo that sentiment. Philip looked at the kindly servant that he had known all his life and felt sad beyond belief. Philip instinctively embraced Henderson and, although the older man seemed a bit taken aback by the gesture, he also seemed to welcome it. Philip: If you don’t mind, I’m going to have a look around. Henderson: You’ll be needing this. He handed Philip a piece of paper with a series of numbers. Henderson: Your father changed the code for the safes almost every week. These are the current codes. Philip: Thank you Henderson. Philip went into the living room and opened the safe. He took out all the contents and pored over everything. He didn’t know what he was looking for, but he was certain he’d know it when he found it. Nothing.
He then went up to his father’s bedroom and looked through the desk and the safe in that room too. Sitting alone in Victor’s bedroom, a chill came over him. If ever there were a haunted house, it had to be this one. And if there were ever a time Philip wished the walls could talk, it would be now. Because nothing he could find gave him any clue as to whether Chloe had been switched with a double or whether any foul play were involved.
He headed back downstairs and got ready to bid farewell to Henderson. Philip: Thanks Henderson. I appreciate your letting me look around. Henderson: Of course. If there’s anything else you need, please let me know. Philip: I will … say, Henderson, what are you going to do? For the long-term, I mean. Do you have plans? Henderson: Once Mr. Kiriakis's estate is settled, I suppose I’ll just … retire. Philip: Hmmm. Henderson: Sir? Philip: I might have a job for you. Are you still good with children?

LAKE HOUSE
Philip returns home carrying a large carton. He walks into the kitchen and finds Chloe loading the dishwasher. Philip: Where’s Nicole? Chloe: She left about a half hour ago. Philip: Oh. Did you have a nice visit? Chloe: Uh huh. What’s in the box? Philip: It’s a present. For you. Chloe: Hmmm. A plain cardboard box? No wrapping paper or ribbons? Philip: Nah. Wouldn’t want to spoil you. Here. Open it. Chloe: Now?? What’s the occasion? Philip: You’ll see. Go ahead and open it. Chloe opens the carton and takes out a bottle of body wash. And then another. And then another. She looks at Philip with bemusement. Chloe: Tommy Bahama Coconut Body Wash. What’s this for? Philip: For washing your body. Chloe: Very funny. Philip: Don’t you remember? Chloe: Um. Philip: When we were staying at the Salem Inn … you really liked the coconut body wash. I told you I’d buy you a case. So I’m making good on my promise. Doesn’t this ring a bell? Chloe: Oh. Yes. Of course I remember. Chloe opens the cap on one of the bottles and takes a whiff. Chloe: Mmm. Love it. Thank you. Philip: I have another surprise for you. Chloe: I don’t think you can top the body wash. Philip: Wait. Maybe I can. … Henderson is going to come work for us. Chloe: Henderson? Philip: Yeah. Chloe: Why? Philip: Because, he’s about to be unemployed and I feel like I owe him. The man practically raised me. He can help around the house and help you take care of Wes too. Chloe: Oh. Philip: What’s’ wrong? You like Henderson. Chloe: I do. But … Philip: But what? Chloe: Do you think we can trust him? I mean … he was loyal to your father. Philip: I am absolutely certain we can trust him. Henderson is loyal period. He was never involved in any of my father’s illegal activities and … well, it feels like he’s the only family I have left. Chloe: What about Lucas and Austin? And Billie and Bo? And Rex and Cassie? Philip: Can we please forget about Rex and Cassie? Chloe: What about me and Wesley? Aren’t we your family? Philip: I’m sorry. I didn’t mean that the way it sounded. I just meant … Chloe: It’s okay Philip. I know what you meant. And I think it’s sweet that you want to help Henderson. Philip: So you’re not mad? Chloe: No. Why would I be mad? … I’m going to go see what Wesley is doing. Then I’ll start cooking dinner, okay? Philip: Sure. Philip watched Chloe leave the room and he sat down at the kitchen table feeling crestfallen. He ran his hands through his hair and choked back tears. She had just failed two key tests. It was the Salem Inn’s own brand of body wash that Chloe liked so much, not Tommy Bahama. And she didn’t remind him that they had agreed on no servants when he said he hired Henderson. Were those two incidents enough to be sure that she wasn’t really his Chloe?
Suddenly, Philip got an idea -- a way to test Chloe’s memory and determine for certain whether she was really the woman he married.
