Such a sweet scene with Philip and Parker. I am glad that Mary wants to talk to them both and she won’t give up.

Parker could end up being a high priced therapist yet He always knows what to say I’m glad Mary checked in Even though he’s not suicidal anymore she wouldn’t be a good therapist if she ignored that he nearly went there not that long ago

It's good that Philip and Parker are going to resume therapy sessions.
Parker is a sweet boy.

I'm so glad Mary called Philip and that she will be having sessions with both him and Parker.
Parker was so sweet comforting his Daddy. I'd say mending their relationship is going extremely well.

Chapter 468
“Hey Steph.” Alex was eating an apple as he entered Stephanie’s cubicle on Friday afternoon. He sat down in the guest chair and proceeded to put his feet up on her desk. Ugh, Stephanie thought to herself. It disgusted her to look at the dirty soles of people’s shoes, and all the foul things they stepped in. It also grated on her when people who barely knew her called her Steph, as if they were intimate pals. She wasn’t pals with Alex, they weren’t intimate, nor did she want to know him any better than she already did.
“What can I do for you,” she asked with a smile.
“Oh man, when you smile at me that way, I can think of a lot of things you can do for me.”
Stephanie scowled when she noticed he was eying her chest. “As I’ve said before, let’s keep this professional. Now, how can I help?”
Alex took his feet off the desk and put them flat on the floor. “I’m going to the Chicago office and I’m gonna need you to come with me.”
“That sounds fine.” She picked up a pen and started to write some notes. “What’s the purpose of the visit?”
“Can’t you guess?”
She looked up at him. “Oh. You’re going to fire people there.”
He leaned back and clasped his hands behind his head. “Yup. Heavy is the head that wears the crown.”
“What do you need me there for?”
“I want you to write a press release about it. Make it sound real positive.”
“You want me to make firing people sound positive.”
“I heard you were good at what you do. Maybe I was wrong,” he chided.
“Fine. When do you want to go?”
“Sunday afternoon.”
“Sunday?? Why Sunday?”
“Because, I want to be there bright and early on Monday.”
“Why do we need to stay over? Chicago’s only ninety minutes away. We can leave at seven a.m. on Monday and be there by nine.”
“I’ve got a corporate account. It’s no big deal. Marie’s making reservations at the Chicago Hilton for us as we speak.”
Stephanie wanted no part of Alex’s overnight plan. “Well, you can go and I’ll meet you in the morning. On second thought, why don’t I write the press release now. You don’t really need me there with you.”
“No can do. We can’t risk it getting out early and getting into the wrong hands.”
“I still don’t see why I need to spend the night with you … I mean spend the night in Chicago.”
“The truth? I hate eating dinner alone, okay?” He rose from the chair and tossed the apple core into Stephanie’s waste basket. “I’ll have Marie call you with the deets.”
As soon as he was gone, Stephanie folded her arms on her desk and rested her head on them. “Give me strength.”

Yeah, I doubt the only reason Alex wants to go to Chicago with Stephanie is business.

Chapter 469a
Maggie and Sarah arrived back at the mansion carrying shopping satchels and a garment bag, and chattering happily.
Nicole muted the TV and got up from the sofa. “Looks like you hit the jackpot. What’d you buy?”
“I got my wedding dress,” Sarah cooed.
Nicole’s eyes fell on the David’s Bridal Shop logo on the garment bag. She exhaled. “Oh. That’s um great.”
“And while we were out, we reserved the church for Valentine’s Day and put a deposit on the Garden Grove Ballroom for the reception,” Sarah babbled excitedly. “All that’s left for me to do is hire Gabi from Party Chic as my wedding planner and get an officiant.”
“Sssssounds wonderful,” Nicole stuttered.
Sarah turned toward her mother. “Is it okay if I store the dress in your closet? There’s barely room enough for my scrubs in the pool house closets and I don’t want to crush any of the bugle beads.”
“Of course, honey.”
“I’m gonna call Xander and tell him the latest. Be right back,” Sarah called as she climbed the staircase.
Maggie smiled at Nicole but her smile disappeared when she noticed Nicole’s pained expression. “What’s wrong, honey?”
“Nothing,” Nicole replied quickly, but her trembling face told a different story. She flopped back onto the couch and began to cry. “I’m sorry. Weddings make me emotional.”
Maggie took a seat next to Nicole and put her arms around the younger woman. “It’s me, you’re talking to. Tell me the truth.”
Nicole pulled out of Maggie’s embrace and nodded. “Not long ago, I bought a wedding dress from David’s Bridal.” A sob escaped her throat when she added, “And I never got to wear it.”
