A Question of Love picks up about two months after Chasing the Moon ends.

Chapter 1

CONDO LIVING ROOM, LATE AFTERNOON

Chloe was twirling Parker around and dancing with him while singing along with the CD from the movie Dirty Dancing. Parker was giggling up a storm and Philip came out of his study to see what was going on.

Chloe: Be my, be my, be my little baby.
Parker: La la la la la.
Chloe: Won’t you be my darling .... Uh oh. Sorry. Are we being too noisy?
Philip smiled and shook his head no. He then took Parker from Chloe and started dancing with them. Chloe put her arms around Philip from behind and the three of them formed a mini conga line. They were laughing and singing and having the time of their lives.

Chloe: Oh my god, we’ve got him so worked up, he’ll never take his nap.
Philip: Wanna bet?
Parker’s eyelids were closing as he lay in Philip’s arms.
Parker: Zzzzzzz.
Chloe: Aw, here, I’ll put him in his crib.
Chloe took Parker from Philip and went to Parker’s room as Philip called after her.
Philip: Hurry back.

Chloe returned to the living room and Philip stood there with a devilish look on his face. He winked and held his hands out, beckoning her to come closer. She smiled skeptically as she walked into his arms and nestled her body against Philip’s. They held each other close and gently swayed back and forth as Philip sang with the CD.
Philip: You’re the one thing I can’t get enough of. And I’ll tell you something ... this must be love. Because I’ve had the time of my life and I’ve never felt this way before. Oh I swear, it’s the truth, and I owe it all to you.
Chloe looked up at Philip and kissed him. His hold on her tightened as the kiss intensified. He inched her over to the sofa and laid on top of her while they started pulling at each other’s clothes. Her cell phone rang and she glanced at it sitting on the coffee table. Philip kissed her neck, unclasped her bra, and slipped it off as Chloe started to squirm with pleasure. He whispered in her ear.
Philip: Let it ring.
Chloe: Mmmm. Let what ring?

All I have to say is thank you thank you for not making us wait! I love the song their dancing too (It's one of my favorites from Dirty Dancing along with Hungry Eyes) The song definitley matches Phloe! I have so many questions are we still gonna be able to hear Parker's thoughts? Will Kate and Victor make an appearance? But I'm sure these questions will be answered as the story proceeds. I can't wait to read MORE MORE MORE!

THE CONDO

After making love, Philip and Chloe cuddled on the sofa.

Chloe: You know, when Parker gets older, we won’t be able to do this on the sofa anymore.
Philip: That’s why we need to do it as much as we can now.
Chloe laughed and she reached for her phone on the coffee table and read the "missed message" display.
Chloe: You’re incorrigible.
Philip: No, just insatiable. I can’t get enough of you.
Chloe: What am I going to do with you?
He kissed her shoulder.
Philip: Hmm, I’ll make a list.
Chloe: You hungry?
Philip: Mmm hmmm. For you.
He bit her ear.
Chloe: Tell you what. Why don’t you start writing that list and we can cross a few of the items off of it later tonight. But I need to return a phonecall right now. Then I’ll make dinner.
Philip: Oh. ... Okay.
Chloe kissed Philip, and got up from the sofa. She slipped her blouse over her head as she went into the bedroom and closed the door. Philip knitted his brow as he wondered about the secrecy. Chloe was entitled to her privacy, sure, but for some reason, the look on her face when she read her telephone message disturbed him.

A half hour later, she entered the kitchen to find Philip cooking.

Philip: Everything okay?
Chloe: Uh huh. I would have done that.
Philip: It’s fine. I don’t mind.
He kissed her on her forehead.
Chloe: Is Parker still sleeping?
Philip: Think so. Are you sure everything is okay?
Chloe [impatiently]: Yes! I’m sure.
Philip: No need to get testy.
Chloe [angrily]: No need to keep asking. ... I’m going to see if Parker is up from his nap yet.

Too short too short we need MORE MORE! I love this chapter Philip cooking I love a man that can cook! I wonder what secret Chloe is keeping I hope is nothing big because they really are the perfect family I would hate for Chloe to screw it up1 But then again more drama makes the story better. I'm just curious can't WAIT to read MORE!
