Even if Philip isn't a jerk when he finds out, Perhaps Chloe will still need counselling. Sounds like she needs some impartial help.

I am surprised that Chloe is still thinking about killing herself. She now has what she wanted. Parker in her life I am thinking that Chloe needs to forgive herself before she can let anyone else know what happened after Philip left with Parker. Thanks for the chapter Kpatch.

Poor Chloe. I agree with djm and SG about her needing counseling and to forgive herself. I fear that she has a long road ahead before she moves past this.

Ugh, catching up. My stomach is sick for Chloe when Randy appeared. And, I'm hoping that she can tell him soon and trust him enough to do the right thing.

THE NEXT MORNING
The next morning, Philip was sitting on the sofa holding Parker on his lap and watching the morning news on one of the all-news cable stations. Chloe came into the room, but Philip didn’t see her.
Philip: See those words and symbols scrolling across the top of the screen, Parker? That’s the stock market ticker. The stocks in green had a good day yesterday. The stocks in red didn’t have such a good day. But it’s not all bad. Red could mean it’s a good time to buy that stock.
Chloe watched the two of them and found herself vaguely amused by the education her son was getting. Philip looked up to see her watching them.
Chloe: What happened to Sesame Street?
Philip: It’s a rerun. Big Bird. Big Board.
Chloe couldn’t help but laugh.
Philip: Okay, maybe it’s not as much fun as Sesame Street, but this is a lot more practical than the education he’s going to get in school.
Chloe: I’m surprised you don’t have him dressed in a suit and tie.
Philip: His suits are in his closet.
A look of surprise crossed Chloe’s face.
Philip: I’m kidding.
Chloe: Good. Did you feed him yet?
Philip: Nope. You said you wanted to be in charge of his breakfast.
The doorbell rang.
Chloe: Is that Lucinda?
Philip: Yeah, would you mind answering the door?
Chloe went to the door and greeted Lucinda.
Lucinda: Good morning, Mr. and Mrs. ... I mean Mr. Kiriakis, Miss Lane. Has the baby had his breakfast yet?
Chloe: I was just going to feed him.
Lucinda: Good, I’ll help you.
Chloe took Parker from Philip.
Philip: I’ll see you ladies later. Remember what I taught you, Parker.
Chloe lets out a little laugh as Philip heads for the study and she and Lucinda go into the kitchen.
LATER THAT DAY
Lucinda was setting up the computer and logging onto Skype.
Chloe: What’s that you’re doing?
Lucinda: I’m setting up a video chat. Every Wednesday, Parker has a video chat with his Grandma Kate.
Chloe: Over my dead body!
