Hi everyone! Exciting news! I now have a two hour show. Sadly, the DJ who was on the hour before me decided to leave. I say it's sad because he was a great guy and we had a lot of fun together. But, it has led to me getting a second hour for my show. So, from now on, my show runs from 3 to 5 p.m. (Central) on Mondays. Same channel, WRLR 98.3 FM, which can be accessed online from anywhere in the world by going to www.wrlr.fm or the free WRLR app.

Because I live in the Central time zone, for me it is 3 to 5 p.m., for others however, it is:
4 to 6 p.m. (Eastern)
2 to 4 p.m. (Mountain)
1 to 3 p.m. (Pacific)
