Hi, guys. Just wanted to give you all a couple of updates on things to do with my show. Tomorrow (Monday), I will be starting about a half hour earlier than normal (I'll put up a time table tomorrow). This is because, for the first eight months of the year, Wayne, a fellow DJ who does the show right before me, and I did a show together called "What if the Beatles Never Broke Up?" during his show. We've decided to move it one hour down to be during my show. To aid the transition, we're doing an hour-and-a-half special tomorrow. Now, onto the big exciting news: Last year, WRLR 98.3FM had its first ever Radiothon. It was a huge hit, and it was awesome to participate in! This year, we're doing it all over again! From the afternoon of September 25th, to the evening of September 27, WRLR will be brining you non-stop live broadcasting. Myself and Wayne will be co-hosting a show late that Friday night (details will be revealed later). The point of the Radiothon is to raise money for WRLR, as we are a non-profit organization, and rely on the generous donations of our listeners. We've also decided to put together a little friendly competition. Although all of the proceeds go directly to WRLR, you can donate to a specific show. For instance, if you wish to donate to my show, The Mix, simply go to: www.crowdrise.com/themixhostedbytonyyo, click the "Donate" button, and put in however much you want to give. I really appreciate you guys! And I will let you know about what time I will be on the Radiothon when I get it finalized.

Hi, guys. As I mentioned, I will be going on a bit earlier today than normal. This is because every second Monday of the month, I do a special show with a fellow DJ named Wayne. Wayne hosts the Beatles Hour, which is the hour before my show, The Mix. The show we do together is called "What if the Beatles Never Broke Up?", a series which takes a look at a possible alternate future had the Fab Four not parted ways in 1970. I'll probably be on around the half-hour mark during Wayne's show, but it's a great idea to just listen to the whole show. So, for today, tune in to www.wrlr.fm, or WRLR on your TuneIn Radio app from: 4 to 6 p.m. (Eastern) 3 to 5 p.m. (Central) 2 to 4 p.m. (Mountain) 1 to 3 p.m. (Pacific) There will be a special announcement concerning "What if" during Wayne's show. Hope you can tune in!

Hi, guys! Well, tonight's the night! The 2nd Annual WRLR Radiothon has already begun! I shall be on tonight from 9 p.m. (10 Eastern/8 Mountain/7 Pacific) to Midnight (1 Eastern/11 Mountain/10 Pacific)! There are three ways to listen to WRLR: 1. Go to www.wrlr.fm 2. Use the TuneIn Radio app on your mobile device 3. If you have an Android, use the WRLR app. The Radiothon is a fundraiser for WRLR. We are a 501c 3 non-for-profit organization and rely on the generous donations from our listeners to survive. If you would like to donate specifically to my show, The Mix, please go to: www.crowdrise.com/themixhostedbytonyyo and click "Donate". Donations to WRLR are tax deductible. If you donate $25 or more, you'll get a WRLR t-shirt! If you donate $150 or more, you'll get an hour on the airwaves of WRLR! Thank you for supporting WRLR! Hope you can all tune in!

It was so much fun, fluffysmom! We had a great time! And, we raised lots of money for the station. The fundraiser isn't quite over yet, though. We're still seeking donations until Halloween. And, just in case any of you missed my show yesterday, or you want to hear it again, here is a link to this week's show: www.spreaker.com/user/4485607/september-28-2015

Several months ago, my older brother gave me a challenge to do a show where I played music sung in languages other than English. We talked about it, and he agreed to come on the show with me. We finally figured out what songs to play, and found a week where we were both free, and this is the result. This week's show features my brother, Paul. Hope you enjoy! www.spreaker.com/user/4485607/the-multilingual-mix

Loved the Multilingual Mix! Enforces something my son told me when he was in choir in high school: "The voice is just another instrument."
The alternative theme "Nobody Gets to Sing Along" made me laugh.
Does anybody hear "Dragostea di tei" by O-Zone and NOT see that college guy lip-syncing?

Great theme. I just love that you and your brother teamed up on this one. It was a very compelling program.
Two foreign language songs came to mind right away, and neither one was on your playlist.
