Today was a very good show with some nice dialogue and interactions. We even got mentions of the Manchurian Candidate and Angelina Jolie. But I would say that Angelina can't hold a candle to Chloe (which was the comparison that was made).
I loved seeing Hope bolstering her cousin Jennifer's ego.
I don't know why Brady is going around protecting all the women of Salem. First Melanie, then Taylor, now Jennifer. I understand his relationship with Melanie, but not his protectiveness over Jennifer. Who are they to each other?
Taylor and Nicole. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Heard it all before.
Brady Brady Brady. If Taylor wants to leave town, please hand her a blackberry, a laptop, and the keys to another Titan office. If you really really really want her to "continue" working for Titan (although it doesn't seem like she works much at all), then let her go to an office in another city. Or another country.
We had some adorable banter between Carly, Melanie, and Daniel today. It seemed very real. Nicest family scene we've had in a while.
Is Lexie a psychologist now? She is listening to everyone's problems and handing out advice like it was pain pills.
Poor Rafe1. That's all. Just poor Rafe1.

For me ,Chloe is by far more gorgeous and hotter than Angelina Jolie.Agenlina has a too skiny face with Huge Lips..Chloe/Nadia is just....out of this world.One of a kind.

I thought the same thing about Lexie....what is she, a walking talking Dear Abby....  ? And who is she to give advice anyway...she's had several boy toys herself and stole a child for gosh sakes....I really want advice from her...... And the scene with Melanie, Daniel and Carly, I just couldn't concentrate on, all I could do was stare at Melanie's bangs and wonder if her pet chinchilla had died on her head.......but the ice cream looked good...!!! I wondered what Brady had to do with Jennifer also....have they ever even been in a s/l together... I have to disagree about Angelina Jolie....she's better looking than Chloe....and I do have a girl crush on both by the way..... And was Taylor in today's show...  I must have blocked it out of mind so that my head wouldn't explode.....now if only I could block Dario out....... |

Gonna have to agree with ya Kpatch, Chloe/Nadia is sooooo much better looking than Angelina, it aint funny. I've never understood why men, and women find her attractive. Her lips are too unnatural, her features are just not va-va-voom, to put it in Jennifer's words!
And I think Jennifer is wholesomely beautiful. Always has been. Her high school days, she reminded me of a classmate of mine. Perky, cute, cheerleader type. Though she doesn't need to, I think if Jennifer curled/styled her hair, and put on that blue dress she would absolutely WOW the doc.
Okay. What are we going to have to do?? ESCORT Taylor out of Salem and make sure she stays on the bus, rides as far away from Salem, pat her on her wittle head, and firmly tell her "STAY!" GOOD Giiiirrrl!!
I love Brady's protective side, but I did find myself wondering today his connection to Jennifer. Supposedly, she's much older than he is. So, she's always been in a different crowd. Maybe because he's so close to Maggie, he feels protective. I dunno. Just guessin'.
Can I say Dario's name three times, and instead of appearing like Beetlejuice, he disappears?
The Melanie/Dad/Mom scene was cute and funny, BUT. Why was Carly sitting so dadgum close to Dan?? Eh???

Poor Jennifer. Chloe is an absolute mess right now. Jennifer has no reason to feel insecure.
I didn't understand Brady's concern over Jennifer either. I don't even remember them sharing a scene together since she's been back.
I love Nicole, but I hate seeing her delude herself into thinking that her and EJ would be happy if it weren't for Taylor. I really want Nicole to just let EJ go.

Brady said that Jennifer is like family. HUH! I wish Taylor would quit talking about leaving and get on the bus to somewhere...anywhere but Salem! She can take Dario with her!! DH should have taken them with her when she left!! I loved the Jen/Hope scenes. It was nice to see cousins supporting each other and having some girl talk. The scenes with Carly, Mel, and Daniel were cute too.
My hubby would take Nadia over Angelina Jolie any day of the week!

I had missed part of the pub scene and when I rewatched it, Melanie inadvertently mentioned PARKER! It was such a treat to hear someone other than his mother or grandparents acknowledge his existence.

Finally got to watch it... good show and I absolutely loved the scene between Hope & Jenn... It was another real life scene. I was waiting though when Jennifer was talking about gorgeous knockouts, to say "like you Hope"
I am glad she told Jenn how pretty she is and made her feel good.
I had a gorgeous sister and always felt low self-esteem most of my life. It took a lot to get over it.
Also enjoyed the sort of "Jonas" family get together also because of being real, well except for the major cleavage on Carly at the Pub.

^^^^^ Maybe the wardrobe people thought the clothes were for Chloe instead of Carly. I don't care if she wears that to the pub but I have never seen a doctor (in real life) showing cleavage.
I missed the mention of Parker.
I agree that Jennifer should have mentioned Hope's beauty also.

As for the mention of Parker, it was when Melanie was telling her parents that she wanted to become a nurse practitioner. It seems that after she helped deliver P--- (she stopped herself from saying his name and Daniel said it for her) that she realized that it would be good if she knew what she was doing.
