SALEM UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL NURSE’S STATION
Jennifer: Daniel. Oh good. I need to talk to you.
Daniel: What’s up?
Jennifer: I am sooo sorry about the way my father was acting last night. It was totally inappropriate.
Daniel: It didn’t surprise me.
Jennifer: What do you mean?
Daniel: Bill Horton is exactly what I expected him to be. A pompous ass.
Jennifer: Excuse me?
Daniel: That’s his reputation.
Jennifer: No it’s not.
Daniel: Yeah, well, you’d be unlikely to hear that, being you’re his daughter, but it is what people say.
Jennifer: You know what Daniel? Nevermind. I’m sorry I cared enough to apologize to you. Maybe my father was right.
Daniel: Right about what?
Jennifer: Nothing. It’s not important. I have a conference call to get to.
Daniel: Wait. Jennifer. I’m sorry. I was just acting out.
Jennifer: Like a 3 year old.
Daniel: You’re right, I was completely put off by your father last night and I was being defensive just now. Do-over?
Jennifer: Sure. Why not. Do-over.
Daniel smiles.
Daniel: You’re very forgiving. How about a do-over dinner? I’ll take you out this time.
Jennifer: I have a better idea.
Daniel: Oh?
Jennifer: Why don’t I come to your place and cook for you?
Daniel raises an eyebrow.
Daniel: I’d like that.
Jennifer: Tonight?
Daniel: Perfect.
DIMERA MANSION FRONT DOOR
Harold opens the front door.
Visitor: Is Kate Roberts here?
Harold: Who shall I say is calling on her?
Visitor: Her son.
Harold: Very good sir. Please wait in the foyay while I let Mrs. DiMera know you’re here.

I am so hoping that it is Lucas at the door, but it could be Austin, Rex, or Philip as well. Without video I am not sure. Can't wait till tomorrow. Please send a video. Of course knowing Kpatch she would send one with a new actor playing the role. Thanks for the chapter. Just love the interactions between Jen and Daniel. They are both acting like kids.
