And they were verrrrry nice scenes. I really enjoyed them. Anyone else notice though that Nadia must have not been feeling well? or at the least had a sore throat?!? Her voice sounded overly rough to me.

There's a great interview with Lauren Koslow (Kate) posted in the Characters Welcome section. It's excerpted below. Love what she says about Jay. I remember seeing an interview he did a couple years ago and he was asked who he would like to have more scenes with, and he said Lauren. Kate has lost so many family members over the years and now with Jay Kenneth Johnson (plays Phillip Kiriakis) leaving. How are you feeling about this loss?Well that’s exactly it, it’s a huge loss. Losing Jay, he’s such a wonderful actor and such a hot guy to look at. We just got along really well. We have a similar sense of humour. We’re both Pisces. We had a great time working together, so I feel really badly about losing him. I feel so badly about losing the character too. Kate and Phillip have a unique, special relationship. As angry as they got with each other, there was always so much love there. He was her special baby. He’s greatly missed. I really do wish Jay a lot of luck with what he is going to do next. I’m sure he will be so successful. Maybe he’ll even pop back up here at some point. Who knows? Oh the cookies struck a soft spot, I see. I'll have some oreos too. My favorite from the oven cookies are molasses and sugar. Oh my, I need to break out the pans!

Yay, ATD is making cookies!
I've got some spritzers today so we don't get snockered too fast.
Here's a little known fact ... well, really an unknown fact to everyone except me and Kazz.
Jay Johnson's birthday is February 24th.
The grand opening of MyHourglass was February 24th.
Coincidence? I think not.

Really? Oh thank you, Mrs. M. I'm so looking forward to these. I can't believe we are down to the final few episodes with Jay in them.
When I first heard that Jay was leaving, I bought 12 blank six-hour VCR tapes. Yes, I still have a VCR. I wanted to record and keep each episode that Jay was in between mid-January (when it was announced he was leaving) and mid-April (his final air date).
Sadly, because he's been on so infrequently, I'm only on my third tape.
