I dont know, after watching the videos that someone put together of Chad and Will (Chill), I can see it. Why not? It is a real life issue that is being talked about more and more, especially starting in the late teen years for kids. If they do this well it would be big step for Days... lets just hope they do justice to the storyline.

I have seen some of the videos and they are really well done. The only rumors I have seen is that there is a gay storyline and Will is involved. Doesn't mean he is the gay one. I am going to stick to Susala's idea above!  I like Will and Gabi together, a lot. Have since the beginning. I am all for a gay storyline, just not with Will. And like you said lilflee, I hope the writer's do it justice. I don't think they are capable of writing this well enough. |

There has been no inclination of Will fighting any homosexual feelings up til now... His relationship with Gabi is sweet and respectful.... As far as we know, both of them are virgins. Why should they rush into a sexual relationship at this point??? Have you MET any teenage boys? Hehehe. Since when is Salem like real life? Look how long it took for Shawn & Belle, and then how long it took before they realized they even had made love... |

Um, how does one NOT know they've just done it? Were they drugged or something? I'm pretty sure your average teenager might not know if it was GOOD, but they WOULD know they'd had "relations."

I missed most of 2000-2010. I was not part of the teen scene. I had just gotten out of college and didn't want to see a bunch of high school brats. So I pretty much stopped watching. I watched fairly faithfully from '84-'95ish. The whole possesed Marlena was not one of my favorites. And then picked it back up last fall.

I think what happened was that Shawn and Belle were trapped in a snowstorm, and they took refuge in a barn, and they had to "strip and huddle for warmth," and they wound up having sex in their sleep. But they both thought it was a dream based upon their hazy memories, and when Belle wound up pregnant, they presumed the kid belonged to her husband, Phillip. When Mimi (who was married to Shawn) realized via bloodwork that the baby was Shawn's and not Phillip's, she realized that they must have had sex in that barn. Strangely, I don't think anyone accused them of either a) lying through their teeth about having had an affair, or b) being too stupid to be in charge of a child.

I believe also when they were having sex a fire started in the barn. They had to be rescued and were found naked & unconscious. That's why the memory was hazy....

I just fell for one that proboards decided to play today ... an announcement that they were changing their name (which would have changed our site address) but thankfully just an April Fools prank. I don't really care whether Chad & Abby happen or not though so I'm fine if that one is accurate. |
