So you think the baby might be named Faith ... as in “Keeping the Faith”? wendylou, Hanna was the name I originally planned to use, for the reason you said. It was the name of the character Chloe was playing in The Merry Widow.

THE LAKE HOUSE, A WEEK LATER
Chloe was untying each of the 28 yellow ribbons and removing them from the oak tree. She looked at Philip over on the front porch, changing the light bulb. After screwing in the bulb, he rested his arms on the top step of the ladder and surveyed the scene on the lawn. He saw Chloe smiling at him and he winked at her. Wesley was running circles around the oak tree when Philip came over and caught his son, mid-run. Wesley giggled when Philip picked him up and tickled him. Philip approached Chloe and kissed her cheek, and the three of them sat down on the lawn next to the baby carrier.
Philip: How are my two favorite girls? Chloe: We’re just wonderful. Thanks for changing the bulb. Philip: Sorry it took me so long. Chloe: Never put off until tomorrow .... Philip: I’ll remember that from now on. Hey, Wes, what do you think of your new little sister? Wesley shrugged. Wesley: I dunno. Chloe and Philip laughed. Wesley: Whado you thinka her? Philip: Well, I like her a lot. Almost as much as I like you and your mom. Chloe: Can you say her name, Wesley? Wesley: Faif. Chloe: Good boy! Philip: I think the name Faith suits her. Chloe: It absolutely suits her. It took a lot of faith to get us here. Philip: I still say we should have named her Phloe. Chloe: Don’t push it, soldier. Philip: I think we have a beautiful family, Mrs. Kiriakis. Chloe: I agree, Mr. Kiriakis. And I’m really looking forward to our brand new life.

Ohhh Faith and just for the reason I said she should be given that name. What a super ending. I love Chloe undoing all the yellow ribbons off the tree. So cute that Wes is not sure what he thiniks about his baby sister. Just think Phiilp was understating his feelings when he said likes Chloe and Wes. Actions talk louder then words. Thanks for the great story Kpatch.

Thanks for the fabulous story Kpatch. I really liked the mention of Chloe removing the yellow ribbons while Philip changed that lightbulb. It was good to see the four of them at home just enjoying being a family. Wesley probably thinks Faith isn't fun right now since she can't do much of anything. Faith is the perfect name for the baby after everything Philip and Chloe have gone through to be together. Love your Phloe fics, Kpatch!!

I can't wait either. Will there be another story in this Phloe saga? I'd love to read more about our Phloe family with their baby girl. And poor Philip hasn't had any time alone with Chloe since he returned from Israel.
Thanks for sharing all of these amazing stories with us Kpatch. You're the best!

Very sweet ending. Faith is the perfect name for her, although Phloe would have been cute too. When you start working on their next chapter, can I make a small request? Please don't write anything that's gonna make me cry. I just can't take it.

DD, aw, I'm sorry. Please send me a list of what makes you cry so I can try to avoid writing it.

So we’ve come to the end of another portion of the Phloe "trilogy." That was Part 9, for those of you who are keeping track. Thank you so much for reading the story and for your comments. They mean so much to me, I can’t even begin to tell you. I was originally going to call it "Leave a Light On," but Keeping the Faith tied into the baby's name and it seemed to work better.
There’s one final part to the saga and that’s coming up next. But “next” is a relative term. For the first time in maybe 5 years, there will be a bit of a gap between kpatch stories. I am still in the process of writing Part 10. My personal life got in the way of my writing this time. Hate when that happens. I’m writing as fast as I can and I am anticipating posting the story starting in 1 to 2 weeks. Fingers crossed.
Meanwhile, I want to let you know what’s coming up down the road. These stories are in various stages of creation. Some have titles, some don't.
Part 10 of the Phloe saga (it actually has a title, but I'm not ready to share it yet) Reunion - A Last Blast reunion unlike any you’ve read before Degrees of Separation - featuring teen Phloe A period piece featuring the entire cast Brotherly Love - featuring Lucas and Philip A backstory for Kate The sequel to To Love Again, the story that featured Melanie and AJ

Ohhh Boy. The future looks bright. All the stories sound so good. I don't care what order they arrive in. If the story starts on a Monday in one week it would be a fantastic brithday present.
