The Last Blast was their first date. They had been dating for quite some time before the night in the barn. Here's a clip.

I was thinking of this last night. This "Chloe" seems to think she really is Chloe. I think she was given some mind control. What will happen with her? I feel bad for her. I don't feel that she is just pretending.

SALEM UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER
The next day, Philip took Chloe to Salem University Medical Center for a couple of appointments. Wesley had an appointment with his pediatrician and Chloe was scheduled to see her obstetrician, Dr. Bader. While Chloe took Wesley for his checkup, Philip said he needed to conduct some business on behalf of the hospital board, so he snuck off to see Dr. Bader.
Dr. Bader: Philip, you seem so anxious. Is everything okay?
Philip: You tell me.
Dr. Bader: I don’t understand.
Philip: I need you to do something for me. And I need you to keep it just between us.
Dr. Bader: What is it?
Philip: I want you to do a paternity test on the baby Chloe is carrying.
Dr. Bader tried not to look shocked.
Dr. Bader: I …
Philip: I need to make sure that baby is mine.
Dr. Bader: Philip, I understand how you must feel, but I can’t do a test like that without informing the patient and getting her consent.
Philip: What will it take to change your mind? New equipment? Bigger office? A pay raise? Name it. You got it.
Dr. Bader: I’m not interested in a bribe. This is about ethics.
Philip: Screw ethics.
Dr. Bader: Philip, you’re putting me in a very awkward position. Yes, you’re on the hospital board, but your wife is my patient and ...
When bribery and manipulation didn’t work, Philip did what he always did. He turned on the charm instead. He walked over to the doctor’s chair and sat on the corner of her desk.
Philip: You’re right. You’re right. I apologize. And I admire your dedication to your patients. But Karen ... do you mind if I call you Karen?
Dr. Bader: No, of course not.
Philip: Karen, I’m in a tough spot here. It would mean the world to me if you could help me out. Not just for me, but for my family. It’s just as much for Chloe and Wes as it is for me. [He takes her hand.] Please.
Philip got the doctor to agree to a paternity test just before Chloe arrived for her appointment. She swabbed his mouth for a DNA sample and told Philip the results would take about a week to process. He and Wesley waited in the lounge while Dr. Bader examined Chloe.

Ohhh boy it is going to be a very long week. I am sure the results will be that Philip is not the Daddy. Hold it I must still be asleep. What am I saying this is Salem. Thanks Kpatch you have me on the edge of my seat.
