Tuesday Philip is shocked by Chloe’s answers to certain questions.
Wednesday Will Bo reveal the truth? Will Philip and Chloe believe it? Can their relationship weather the constant uncertainty and insecurities? For the answers to these and other questions, tune in for the finale of Memory Lane.

PHILIP’S STUDY
Philip sat down at his desk to think and, as he put his hands on the desk, he noticed the memory book in front of him. He opened the book and saw that it was filled with handwriting -- handwriting that looked like Chloe’s. Every page was full of ink. He began to read.
Chloe’s Memory Book: Since this memory book is intended to tell the children about their parents’ history, I’ve decided to write my answers as if I were speaking directly to our children.
When did you first realize you were in love with me? I fell in love with your father on our first date. We were 16. I had had a BIG (like gigantic) crush on him for a long time and I never expected him to give me the time of day. Before that night at the Last Blast dance, I had put up a wall of defense, insulting him, lashing out at him, and even playing practical jokes on him, just to keep myself from getting hurt. It’s a long story and I’ll explain it to you another time, but your father endured a dousing from a bucket of blood that was meant for me. No one else had ever done anything like that for me before or since. It was at that moment that I knew I was in love. Unfortunately, our happily ever after didn’t come until years later, but we were always meant to be. And he was worth the wait.
Philip couldn’t believe what he was reading. As far as he knew, Chloe didn’t really love him in high school. She never admitted her feelings or committed to him entirely. This may look like Chloe’s handwriting, but it’s definitely not what she would say. He turned the page and read more.
To be continued ...
