Chapter 15
BEACH
D.J.: All right, everybody! It has come to my attention that we have our first request of the night! Now, I know I said I would try to play slower songs, but I just love getting requests so much! Now, I notice that we've all made a bit of a dance floor here. So, I'm gonna need everybody to look to the center of the dance floor.
In the center of the dance floor was Shawn-D. He swung around and pointed at Belle.
SHAWN-D: You. Let's dance.
Claire, Ciara, and Theo were all standing next to Belle.
THEO: What is going on?
CLAIRE: Grandma Hope, Grandpa Bo, and Grandma Marlena all warned me that my dad would try to do this.
CIARA: Go on, Belle. Dance with him.
SHAWN-D: While we're still relatively young, Belle. I promise, this is the last time I'll have them play disco until we reach our 25th anniversary. So, please, don't keep me waiting.
Soon, everybody was chanting Belle's name. Belle walked up to Shawn-D and took his hands.
BELLE: It's been a while since we did this. Hope you still have the moves, Brady.
SHAWN-D: Hope you can still keep up, Belle.
D.J.: All right. Well, let's see if this couple's still got it with what is one of my favorite tracks off of the soundtrack to “Saturday Night Fever”! This one goes out to Belle and Shawn!

Belle and Shawn-D started dancing. As it happens, they both still have the moves just as well, if not better, than they did in high school. They had an awesome time and performed several great dance moves, including their signature dip. However, all too soon. The song was over. However, after the song had ended, they were met with a round of applause.
SHAWN-D: So, what d'you think?
BELLE: Well, we must not have done too bad. Looks like you still got the moves.
SHAWN-D: Well, I might be good, but not quite as good as you.
Shawn-D and Belle kissed. Then, there was a loud noise. The D.J. disappeared. Where he had been sitting, Johnny was now sitting. Johnny took the microphone from it's stand and got up. He whispered something into his watch, and then put the microphone to his mouth.
JOHNNY: Well, that was quite a show. Congrats to Belle and Shawn. But, the show is just beginning. For, I have a little show of my own for you this evening.
J.J.: DiMera?
JOHNNY: Oh, J.J. It's good to see you again. It's good to see all of you again. Oh, but wait a moment. We seem to be missing some people. My mother's other children should be around here somewhere.
Allie, Sydney, and Will (who had come earlier in the evening) went up to the front of the gathering. Ceri stood behind Sydney and Sonny stood behind Will.
JOHNNY: Oh, there you all are. My older brother, William. My twin sister, Alice. And my little sister, the traitor, Sydney.
ALLIE; What do you want, Johnny?
JOHNNY: it's Giovanni. And I want all of you to listen to me very carefully. I have an announcement to make. One which concerns the three of you in ways you can't even begin to imagine. Now, although it pains me to be polite to a Kiriakis, I must say, this little party of yours is...decent, at best. And, there have been a few surprises throughout the night. Some of them more interesting than others. But, believe me, I am not being conceited when I tell you that my surprise will be the most interesting of them all.
Dr. Baker appeared at Johnny's side with the girl from a few chapters ago, the one whose face was, and still is, covered by a veil.
JOHNNY: Thank you, Baker. You may leave us now.
Dr. Baker walked into the crowd.
JOHNNY: I'm sure some of you will remember Dr. Richard Baker. He has been helping me with this little surprise of mine. I wish I could say it's been a pleasure working with him, but I don't like to lie. And now, it is time for the surprise to be unveiled. On the count of three. One...
Johnny put his hand on the girl's shoulder.
JOHNNY: Two...
His hand moved from her shoulder to the veil.
JOHNNY: And...three.
Johnny pulled the veil off, revealing the girl's face. The crowd could now see who was standing next to Johnny. Standing next to Johnny was a girl who looked identical in every way to Sydney.
