Love watching the family interact. I get that Shawn feels good l guilty for not protecting Ciara, but how could he have known? It has being fun to write those family scenes and I wish we got more of them onscreen during this storyline Yes Shawn is feeling guilty but you're right he could not of known |

I get Shawn's guilt tho. When something like this happens, you feel so helpless you feel like you just should have been known and should have stopped it even if in reality you really couldn't have. I feel his pain so much. He's a great brother. The brother we all deserve. I love this family stuff.

(Ciara is walking and Claire has joined her when Ciara says a figure that makes her jump)
CHASE - Claire can you give us a minute?
CIARA - You're meant to be in jail and she's staying
CLAIRE - What do you want Chase?
CHASE - These claims you are making are crazy
CIARA - Claims you admitted you raped me
CLAIRE - She's right you did
CHASE - Only because you made me
CIARA - Leave right now Chase
(Chase walks away and Ciara starts panicking)
CLAIRE - He won't hurt you
CIARA - Yeah he will I need a drink

Poor Ciara. Chase is awful and gross. I am glad Claire had her back. I think Chase will keep being trouble for Ciara if he isn't stopped somehow. Update fast! I like this story so much.

(Shawn and Lani are working on a case and Claire walks in)
CLAIRE - Dad!! Thank God you're here
LANI - Claire we are in the middle of something right now
CLAIRE - Lani this is important
SHAWN - Clairebear what is it?
CLAIRE - We need to talk it's about Ciara
LANI - It's going to have to wait we have a lead
CLAIRE - Lani do me a favour and deal with it yourself this is a matter of Ciara's life
SHAWN - Lani you can brief me later. Claire come through here.
INTERGATION ROOM
SHAWN - You said this is about Ciara what is it?
CLAIRE - Chase
SHAWN - He's in jail
CLAIRE - No he's not he's out on bail and that's not the worst of it
SHAWN - Ciara saw him?
CLAIRE - Yeah and he said she has made it up about him raping her
SHAWN - He admitted it
CLAIRE - We both know that
SHAWN - Where's Ciara now?
CLAIRE - Gone to get drunk
SHAWN - Ok lets go I need to go talk to my sister

Shawn's going to see Ciara. I'm so glad. Lani was copping an attitude with Claire. One reason I find Lani kind of annoying at times in canon too lol Good update! I love how supportive Claire is of her aunt. I am sad the writers made them bitter rivals on the show.
