I'm relieved that Chloe made it to the safe house. I'm glad that she's no longer mad at him.

THE SAFE HOUSE, THAT NIGHT

Philip is in bed waiting for Chloe to join him. She’s wearing a tartan plaid Victoria’s Secret sleep tee shirt and shorts set and he’s wearing nothing except the comforter that’s on the bed.
Chloe: So it’s pretty cozy here, huh?
Philip: It’s a lot cozier now that you’re here. Come to bed.
Chloe: In a minute.
She reaches into the shopping bag she brought with her.
Philip: What did you bring in that shopping bag?
Chloe: Just some shampoo and some makeup ... and …
Philip: Of course. I should have guessed. The bare necessities.
She holds up a tube of astroglide.
Chloe: You’re not making fun of me, are you?
Philip flashes a quick smile.
Philip: Me? Never. [His smile evaporates and he turns serious.] Chloe, where did you go after you left the house? Where’ve you been for the past few days?
Chloe: Oh. Um. I drove around for a while. I thought about driving across the country and just getting as far away from Salem as possible. But then a feeling of dread came over me that I would never see you and Wesley again and it was just unbearable. [She chokes back tears.] I didn’t even have any pictures of you with me. So I went back to our house.
Philip: You went back? Chloe, do you know how dangerous that was?
Chloe: I know, I know. But I didn’t know you weren’t still there and I didn’t know where you went. And when you weren’t there, I felt … so lost. I felt so scared.
Philip: What did you end up doing?
Chloe: I’m afraid to tell you.
Philip: Chlooooee. What did you do?
Chloe climbs into bed, lies on her stomach and buries her face in a pillow. She speaks into the pillow.
Chloe: I turned to Daniel.

Ohh Nooooo. Not Daniel. Please tell me he just told her to go and find Philip and that Bo would know how to find him. (I am hoping that is what happened as he turned his back on her after Wes was not his. ) Thanks for the chapter Kpatch.

Seriously?!?!?! In less than 3 days she turned to Daniel?? The "love of her life" and her son goes missing & she pulls a Sami??

I will give her a little credit tho for admitting it to Phillip instead of trying to plot to cover it up.

THE SAFE HOUSE
 
Philip: What did you end up doing?
Chloe: I’m afraid to tell you.
Philip: Chlooooee. What did you do?
Chloe climbs into bed, lies on her stomach and buries her face in a pillow. She speaks into the pillow.
Chloe: I turned to Daniel.
Philip: Please tell me that you didn’t mean that the way it sounds.
Chloe lifts her head off the pillow quickly.
Chloe: No. Oh god no, of course not. I’m sorry if I made it sound that way. I just … I didn’t know where to go and I figured Daniel …
Philip: … Wouldn’t kick you out.
Chloe: That’s right.
Philip: I get that. But … did you tell him anything?
Chloe: No, nothing specific. I didn’t want him to be any more involved than he already was by letting me stay there.
Philip: You stayed there?
Chloe: You’re mad, aren’t you? I knew you’d be mad.
Philip: I’m not mad, sweetie. I just wish you wouldn’t turn to your exes all the time. It’s a bad habit.
Chloe: Look who’s talking.
Chloe realizes it’s time to diffuse the situation and she starts to tease Philip.
Chloe: You’re jealous, aren’t you?
Philip: Hell yes.
Chloe: Hmmm. Here’s that moment where a girl can either:  A) milk the jealousy for all it’s worth, or B) tell her man that no one holds a candle to him and he has nothing to be jealous of because she loves him so much, and being away from him for even a few hours made her feel dead inside.
Philip: I’ll take option B.
He reaches for Chloe’s face and kisses her.
Philip: Don’t leave me again.
Chloe: I couldn’t if I wanted to.
He rolls Chloe on her back and kisses her lips as his arms fold around her. She puts her arms around him and runs her fingernails up and down his back giving him chills. He lifts her upright so they’re sitting on the bed face to face and he eyes her up and down and licks his lips.
Philip: Damn girl. Nobody fills out a tee shirt the way you do. Unfortunately, it’s going to have to come off.
He seizes the hem of her tee shirt, pulls it up over her head and tosses it aside in one move. Their legs wrap around each other and Philip runs his thumbs over her breasts and goes to work kissing Chloe’s neck as she leans her head back and rests her hands on the bed.
Chloe: God I missed you.
He then works his way downward kissing her cleavage and stopping to lick her belly button. He grips the top of her shorts and pulls them off of her as she falls backwards onto the bed laughing.
Chloe: Smooth move, lover boy.
He positions his naked body on top of hers and looks her in the eye.
Philip: Oh baby, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
