Title Reveal! (Read 344 times)

Hi readers. I’m working on my next story and it’s the continuation of The Story of My Life, which was part 12 of the After the Fall saga.

Background: This one will be an ongoing story and while Philip and Chloe will remain prominent, this story will feature more of an ensemble cast than I’ve written in the recent past.

I’m looking for some guidance with titles. I want a title that sounds like it could be a soap opera title and will serve us well for years to come. I’ve come up with a few and I’d love it if you’d vote in the poll I posted. (This is a MUCH shorter list than I started out with!)

Here are the potential titles, in alphabetical order:

Always - a tribute to Tom and Alice’s favorite song.
In My Life - Just because I love the Beatles song and it works well as the theme song for this story.
Sand Castles - Like the sands through the hourglass, plus sand castles are temporary structures that are beautiful for a while but can never last.
Times of Our Lives - A twist on Days of Our Lives.
Written in the Stars - Plays off the idea of the moon/stars in Chasing the Moon and the quote from the film Now Voyager: “Don’t let’s ask for the moon; we have the stars.”

Personally, I’d go with either Always or In My Life. Both sound like soap opera titles, and are fantastic songs.

Oooh. Such difficult choices!

I like them all and I like the meaning behind them. So to pick one, I had to look at the titles alone to see which one I would pick up and read further to see if it would be an interesting read.
