No, no, they haven't kissed, I just like that little ditty and think of it when I see them together..... I am totally enjoying Jennifer and Daniel's scenes together....they are cute and witty and warm......if only more of Salem's couples could have the rapport and ease and spark they do....do I dare call it chemistry...  Like the other day at the hospital when Daniel came in and said to Jennifer "You're still here?" and Jennifer replies as she's breezily leaving "Just for you, just for you." Fabulous little moment..... We've been having lots of those with those two.....I hope they continue this type of connection and don't start any of the normal Salem horse poop the other couples have..... How many couples in Salem have started out adversaries...?? Quite a few....or just a physical attraction, jumping each others bones right after glad to meet you.......but not Jennifer and Daniel...they like other and are friends and are a refreshing breath of fresh air....how long until the head honchos at Days mess it up.... Should we start a pool.... |

They do have an easy and charming rapport. If and when they do kiss, I hope he doesn't swallow her whole like he used to do with Chloe.
I am expecting to see a rivalry between BFFs Jennifer and Carly over Daniel. Both Carly and Jennifer are at loose ends right now and I can see them both glomming onto Dr. J. And he is vulnerable and will probably eat up the attention.

ooooohhhhh kpatch, you could have gone all day, heck all week, without reminding me of Dr. Hoover...!!! Good lord, he always reminded me of feeding time in the snake house when he would kiss......and that roving hand of his, brushing those fingers across Chloe's neck and chest....AAAAGGGGHHHHH.....!!!!!

Ha! I will admit, I'm a long time Jennifer fan (I know, you're all shocked, right?) and when I first heard this pairing, I was disgusted.
But, these subtle little respectful scenes actually make me think they'd be cute together (until Abby becomes his patient and he starts to fondle her...ick!)
But, as of right now, it's cute and playful. If they keep it up, I might hope aboard this train.

So far, I like them as friends. But I do NOT want to see him grope Jenn and then move on to Abigail. *shiver* I think I just threw up a little in my mouth.

I firmly believe that the writers will not have Daniel groping or anything else with Abby....it seems to me they are trying to salvage the creepy character and I think they are doing a pretty good job of it....I do hope someone has talked to him about the way he kisses....can't believe the actresses haven't complained.....course, we haven't seen him kiss in awhile...maybe they did...!!!!

I just hope they take this relationship slow then. Lst's have them become good friends first then maybe down the line lovers.. (ugh, I still can't picture him kissing her). Being pal-like.. yes!!

I just finished watching today's episode and their banter was really charming and their timing was impeccable. I just kept thinking that he has more of a mental connection with Jennifer than he ever had with Chloe. They have had normal conversations that we never saw him have with Chloe. Maybe TPTB are hearing us and listening to our plea for romance, not bed-hopping. Okay, call me naive, but I'm about to get my hopes up. Get the net ready.

I think I'm in the minority here,but I'm not seeing the "cuteness"of this "couple".I really don't want to see them together at all.I don't know what it is,but the thought just bothers me.

I'm surprised at how much I enjoy them together! I also like that they're playing Jennifer's grief over the seeming end of her marriage to Jack -- they're not just like, "Eff Jack, Daniel is soooo hot!" Those scenes Missy had last week, both with Maggie and alone (on the phone with Jack's voicemail) were fantastic.
I'm not a rabid J/J fan or anything, but I do feel that they ultimately belong together... but I'm willing to go along for this ride so that we get Jen/Missy on the show and keep her involved in story. I have this dream scenario where it's discovered, say in six months or a year, that Jack didn't run out on his family -- rather, he discovered evidence that Lawrence was alive, went to investigate, and wound up Lawrence's captive. This 'blog' is just a front so no one goes looking for him.

Mikey-I really like your scenario.It would make sense too,Jack could be "forced"to do the blog as a cover like you say,maybe to protect Jenn from Lawrence?I always thought he was still alive.He did have a thing for Old movies,like his father did,so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for him to have found a way to fake his death.If I remember correctly,Carly didn't stay in the room after she stabbed him,so how does she know he's really gone?
