Just came across some info - finally - on Jay Johnson and Martha Madison's Hallmark movie. There's been a title change - formerly known as Bulletproof Bride, it's been retitled: Undercover Bridesmaid (to reflect star Brooke Burns' character.) Thanks a million for the info gentlemen! Been waiting for word on this (as you know). Judging from the photograh, it looks like Jay is playing the groom. I recognize the older man. Gregory Harrison. Wasn't he originally on Young & the Restless and then Trapper John MD? Brooke Burns as a blonde. She's Jay's former costar from North Shore. It seems like people who worked with Jay want to work with him again. Where's Martha Madison?

This is from the press release about the TV movie. I believe Jay plays Chip, the bridegroom. Brooke Burns (“Melrose Place”) stars as a bodyguard who must go undercover to protect, a tycoon’s daughter from death threats before her big day in “Undercover Bridesmaid,” a Hallmark Channel Original Movie World Premiere, Saturday, April 14 (8p.m. ET/PT, 7C). Joining Burns are Gregory Harrison (“One Tree Hill”), Nicole Paggi, (“Hope & Faith”) and Justin Baldoni (“The Bold and the Beauitiful”). Tanya Harsin (Burns) is miserable at her latest job defending Daisy (Paggi) the daughter of Thompson, a Texas mogul (Harrison). Tanya has been hired to protect Daisy who has been receiving death threats weeks before her wedding. Harsin struggles to blend in with the bubbly, girly bridesmaids; this is not a typical assignment. Between the aunt who is depleting the family scholarship fund, the playboy cousin with an inheritance at stake, a very angry business partner, and the groom with a wandering eye – almost everyone at the wedding is a legitimate suspect, and this undercover bridesmaid must not lose control of her mission. Sure enough, Tanya finds herself embroiled with the groom’s questionable, yet charming best friend Jake (Baldoni) and wanders off with him when a shooting takes place. I am glad Jay is in the promo shots but I was hoping he would be the main love interest. The guy who is lead is so funny looking. Lol my little sister likes him..apparently he was on Heroes.
But the groom is a playa so clearly they cast jkj in that role because of his hotness and sex appeal...charming the ladies even when he shouldn't be. Lol

These pix are great. Thanks a million, jaysfan! I love that Jay is still considered a romantic leading man type.
I also thought Martha was going to play the bride. I even got the impression that she was cast before Jay, and may have recommended Jay for the job. I wonder what happened to her.
