I'm excited for the movie, but I am expecting to be dissapointed I already get the feeling that Jay is just going to be a supporting character. I seriously don't understand what all these producers are thinking. It definitely stinks if that is the case, but that is how hollywood works and you just have to pay your dues and keep doing supporting roles til you can land a leading role. It's just the nature of the game. True, but in my opinion Jay has more than payed his dues.

Thanks thecorrecttime. Glad to know there'll be repeat broadcasts. Same here, I'm also glad there will be repeat broadcasts - if someone misses it, and doesn't have their DVR set, they'll still have a chance to catch it.

Villa - I couldn't agree more - Jay's paid his dues and then some. He's got all it takes - and more - to make it in prime time - and on the big screen. (That's where I hope he'll ultimate end up - in features.) Some day - hopefully some day very, very soon - one of the casting people in that industry will wake up and realize all he has to offer. All it takes is that one role - the right role - to make the difference.

It's just the nature of the game. True, but in my opinion Jay has more than payed his dues. It took Patrick Dempsey 20 years to really break into the industry and now he's one of the best actors in Hollywood and has movie offers and prime time offers coming out his ears. Just because we think someone is good enough and talented enough doesn't mean a hill of beans in hollywood. You have to come across the right casting producer or director that likes your style of acting and is willing to give you a chance. Jay will have his chance in due time, but it isn't going to be on our time table.

JKJpatch - I believe it's 2 hours. I haven't read anything re running time, but Hallmark's movies tend to air over two hours. (Regarding exact running time - probably 80 to 90 minutes minus the commercials.) I may be watching one of those repeat showings . . . My VCR died, as did my DVD recorder/play - and we don't have a DVR . . . I wonder if they'll put it out on DVD - that would be great.

Thanks jaysfan and thecorrecttime. Nice to see him get some billing. I agree. That's more like it. As it should be!
I have to say that the bride doesn't look like Jay's type. Too obvious and trashy looking.

It seems like Hallmark puts out a lot of their movies on DVD. Hopefully this one will be selected for DVD. I'll be setting my VCR too.

^^ I think it's probably going to be a bit cheesy, but I don't care. You will find me glued to the TV watching it.
The Hallmark Channel site has a bunch of interviews with the cast. Silly stuff, like what was your favorite wedding, etc. Sadly, Jay was not among those interviewed. My guess is he declined. He likes to maintain that mystique.
3 more days!
