Love the chapter. The line about her bra size being bigger then her IQ. Chloe's lines with Quinn was super. So funny that she needed to count to three on her fingers. Thanks for the chapter Kpatch.

Chloe: I have good news. Electronics Country was running a buy-one-get-one sale and I got a special deal on these devices.
Lucas: Good girl.
Chloe: I hate being called girl. It’s so condescending.
Lucas: You’re right. My apologies. Let’s see what you got.
Lucas rummages through the shopping bags while Chloe folds her arms and looks at him disapprovingly.
Chloe: Why are you so wrapped up in your ex-wives’ business?
Lucas: Am not.
Chloe: Are too.
Lucas: No I’m not. Do you see me butting into Nicole’s or Carrie’s lives?
Chloe: Not yet. Just mine and Sami’s. I think you’re still in love with Sami.
Lucas: You’re crazy. But we already knew that.
Chloe: I think you are. I think you’d do anything for her.
Lucas: That statement isn’t even logical. Look at what I’m doing for you, and I don’t even like you.
Chloe: I know. Yet you’ve pretty much saved my life.
Lucas: Yeah well, you’re my nephew’s mother. So let’s just say I’m doing it for Parker. Listen, there’s one more thing I need you to do.
Chloe: What?
Lucas: It’s dangerous. Are you up for it?
Chloe: Do I have a choice?
Lucas: No. Here’s what I need. I need you to install these listening devices across the street. One by the elevator, and one in Sami’s apartment.
Chloe: In Sami’s apartment???

I like Lucas so much (even though he is a chauvinist jerk sometimes) and that dialogue with him trying to "justify" his willingness to help any woman in distress (no matter how much he dislikes them) is one of the reasons.... his cockiness and humor are others.... and of course his smoking hot looks don't hurt either.

Lucas: There’s one more thing I need you to do.
Chloe: What?

Lucas: Yup.
Chloe: Oh right, I’ll just go over there and borrow a cup of sugar or see if Sami and Rafe want to play Canasta. Then I’ll nonchalantly ask if they mind me leaving a bug there.
Lucas: Listen, Sami always used to keep a spare key under the doormat.
Chloe: Really? I thought I was the only one who did that.
Lucas: We’re wasting time here. I saw Rafe and Sami leave a half hour ago. The apartment is empty.
Chloe: What about Will? And Dario? And Johnny. And Allie. And Sydney.
Lucas: Oh brother.
Chloe: Eric is there too?
10 MINUTES LATER
From his hotel room window, Lucas watches Chloe cross the street and enter the apartment building’s lobby. He sees her looking for a place to plant the listening device.
Lucas: Come on Chloe, it’s not rocket science.
She chooses a ledge above the elevator door. Then she presses the elevator call button and steps inside. Lucas sees her get off on the fourth floor. She checks under the mat and finds the key to the apartment. She looks around furtively, turns the key in the lock and goes inside.
Chloe looks around the apartment and then runs her finger over the coffee table. She looks in Lucas’s direction through the window and mouths “pig sty.”
Lucas: Come on Chloe. Plant the bug and get the hell outta there.
Chloe appears to be looking for the perfectest place to plant the bug. Lucas sees through the fourth floor hallway window that Sami, Rafe and the kids are getting off the elevator. His eyes go wide.
