Oh I wish I could say that he was only doing this for the kids' sake, but I know better.
I wonder what's going on and who is ransacking Nancy & Craig's apartment. And just who did Philip call?

I'm guessing someone is trying to get Holly back for Nicole. Could that someone be Brady? Or did he somehow persuade Victor to help?

Wait. If someone ransacked the apartment, they weren’t looking for the kids....they’re looking for an object. Right? If so, what does Chloe have that someone else wants?

Chapter 5a
“I didn’t know you still had a jet. Or contacts.” Chloe spoke loudly to be heard above the hum of the jet engine as she rocked Holly in her arms. She glanced at Parker who was asleep in his window seat. “I’m not sure it’s a great idea to fly on a Titan jet. Brady could easily track—”
Sitting across the aisle from her in the eight-seater, Philip said, “It’s not mine and it’s not Titan’s. It’s a private charter.”
Her brow knit. “How did you arrange it so fast?”
“I had the jet on standby. Something told me I’d be needing it, so I made arrangements in advance just in case. I may not have the Kiriakis fortune anymore, but I still have some of the contacts I had before.”
Her eyes flashed. “Just in case? What do you mean just in case?”
“Come on, Chloe. I know I’m not a rocket scientist and I didn’t get as many A’s in high school as you did, but it doesn’t take a genius IQ to figure out you’re in serious trouble and someone is after you. So are you going to tell me who?”
“I didn’t want you involved in any of this.” Chloe said with irritation.
“Well it’s too late. I’m involved. So answer my question.”
She thought for a minute. “Not until you tell me where we’re going.”
“Don’t think I don’t notice you’re avoiding answering my questions.” When she didn’t respond, he shook his head with exasperation. “Okay fine. We’re going home.”
“Salem?”
“No. My home.”

So now Philip and Chloe will be hiding together. Hopefully that will lead to Chloe softening towards him. I hope Parker isn't traumatized by all of this.

Chapter 5b
“Okay fine,” he said, exasperated. “We’re going home.”
“Salem?”
“No. My home.”
Chloe rolled her eyes. “And where is your home?”
Taking a page from Chloe’s book, he said, “I’ll tell you when we get there.”
She smiled inadvertantly. “Geez, Philip. First you take away my phone.”
“So we can’t be tracked.”
“Then you whisk me off to some unknown destination. I’m starting to wonder if you’re working for—”
“Working for who? The people who are forcing you to keep Holly away from Nicole.”
Chloe gasped. “How did you know?”
“I know you way better than you think I do. What you’re doing is so out of character, I know this isn’t your idea. Someone doesn’t want Nicole to have Holly and they’re using you. What I didn’t know until today is that they’re threatening you. Is that why you reacted the way you did when I was looking in Holly’s crib at your parents’ apartment?”
“I thought you were someone else,” she said quietly. “I didn’t realize it was you.”
“Who? Who did you think I was? Was it the same person who’s after you? Come on, Chloe, I need you to tell me who’s after you, and why!”
She glanced at Parker, then leaned back on her headrest. “Can we talk about this later? Little pitchers and all.”
Philip leaned forward in his seat to look at Parker. It looked like the boy was sound asleep but he understood why Chloe didn’t want to take a chance.

All of this has to be so traumatic for Parker. I'm sure he'll have a lot of questions when he wakes up.
The only person who I could think of who would be involved in this is Xander, but why mess with Chloe? She's clearly afraid of whoever it is.
