What are everyone's plans this Thanksgiving?
We are hosting about 12 people. Ron's back problems may limit some of the cooking. I will take on more, and maybe assign a few dishes. Time to get serious about housecleaning!

My parents always do Thanksgiving. Fall break starts Wednesday so I'm headed there for the holiday weekend. My mom starts cooking after Halloween. We usually have about 20 people. My sister and her family come, my brother comes, my aunt and uncle, my cousin and her family, and my other cousin.

My sister and brother-in-law are hosting this year. I am taking a broccoli salad with sweet/sour dressing. I think there are going to be a couple new additions this year -- my niece and nephew are each bringing a new special someone to the family meet and greet.

My brother in law and his girlfriend are hosting Thanksgiving this year. We are usually at hubby's parents house. We are bringing the broccoli casserole. It's a family recipe required at all family gatherings.
On Friday morning we will go to my dad and stepmom's house. They are serving lasagna. My aunt and her boyfriend will be there.

We are going to have dinner with our son and his new wife at her mother's house. We're to bring just ourselves. Well, I just don't feel right about that. I figure I'll bring a bottle of wine which I know is something she likes.

I am going to do my usual volunteer/charity gig that a Russian Rabbi taught me years ago. After that its off to Moms, Me my Mom and usually a couple of other old Betty's, will be there (her card playing cronies) and we will grill out. Fortunately my Moms is like me and not big on the gobblers. We celebrate T'Giving just not with traditional food. UhSir I never developed a taste for rot gut, but I will still play the part of Mr. Suave and Sophisticated. I use cranberry juice in my wine glass. Rest assured I will be powering a few brews while grilling. fluffysmom I thought I was the only one who ate lasagna for breakfast. Hopefully they bake it the night before and put it in the ice box so that it can be served stone cold the next morning.
