I would say yes it means Chloe and the real Brady, Kyle Lowder's Brady, ate still legally married since it was Eric Martsolf's Brady well Carter who signed those papers. Which means the divorce would be null and void in a court of law. This means legally Chloe and the real Brady are married. He wants to reclaim his marriage so I don't blame him for wanting to reclaim everything that was taken away from him.

Theresa is still in denial. Like what more does it have to be proven that Brady is the real Brady and that her Brady, Carter, was not the real Brady. There was not only a DNA test done but a specialized highly sophisticated test that the ISA did to determine which Brady was which. There was no way Brady could have faked that.

Theresa yeah she believes Carter was murdered. Like Theresa, I too think he was murdered but by whom? At least Theresa should be happy that her father and her brother are helping her out.

I'm glad Andrew is going to help Theresa and that he tried to prepare her for the possibility that she's wrong.

What a mess! Chloe will need a lawyer for sure. Hopefully a competent one.

I'm glad Andrew is trying to talk some sense into Theresa. Whether she's right or wrong, she needs to get over her anger and accept that Carter wasn't Brady but that doesn't mean that the love wasn't real.

And, I am so intrigued on seeing how Chloe/Brady's marriage and divorce will play out.

I'm glad that Sydney clarified how she was viewing this outing, but I still have reservations about it all.

I'm starting to wonder if Theresa is more worried about any claim to the Black & Kiriakis empire than she is about who the real Brady is. I would be upset and wanting answers too, but the only thing she seems to be focusing on is that Carter was the real Brady. I'm glad that Andrew pointed out that their feelings were real, but Theresa is just not wanting to hear it. Maybe Andrew can keep her from messing up an investigation that's already under way. I do believe that someone did something to Brady/Carter and I hope the truth is uncovered soon.

Brady II really needs to slow down. They need to consult a lawyer to determine the status of the marriage and it wouldn't hurt to consult the lawyer in order to take back his life. There are documents and things that need to be filed/changed if the last 13 years has really been an imposter.

THERESA: So, you will help me?
Andrew sighed.
ANDREW: Yes, I’ll help you.
Theresa hugged Andrew.
THERESA: Thank you! Thank you so much!
ANDREW: Just a moment. I’ll help you, but don’t be surprised if nothing turns up. Dad’s already done a thorough investigation. I’m happy to look into things, but I don’t want you to get your hopes up.
THERESA: I get it. I just want the truth.
ANDREW: That’s what we all want.

SALEM UNIVERSITY
MANNY: Chica, don’t leave me in suspense. What’d they say?
ALLIE: They found that cat’s owner, but he apparently doesn’t want it. They want to keep the kitten for two weeks to make sure she’s up on her vaxxes and doesn’t have any illnesses, and they told me that if I still want her at the end of those two weeks, she’s mine.

SALEM INN
CHLOE: I don’t know.
Brady raised an eyebrow.
CHLOE: I’m not being flippant or anything, I genuinely don’t know. I mean, I signed divorce papers, they went through and everything, but they weren’t signed by the real you. I’m not sure how exactly that would affect the legality of the papers. I think the best thing to do is consult a lawyer.
BRADY: Great. I’ll ask Justin to look into it.
CHLOE: No, not Justin.
BRADY: Why not? From what I recall, Justin’s a great lawyer.
CHLOE: I’m not saying he’s not a great lawyer, but it should be someone who’s not directly related to the case.
BRADY: Fair enough. Are there any other good lawyers in town? I guess Belle’s got a law degree, but she’s even more connected than Justin.
CHLOE: That she is. Have you met Aiden yet?
BRADY: Aiden?
CHLOE: Apparently not. Aiden Jennings, he’s Hope’s husband, and one of the best lawyers in town. Better even than Justin.
BRADY: Husband? What about Uncle Bo?
Chloe sighed.
CHLOE: A lot’s happened in thirteen years. I’m sorry to have to be the one to tell you this, but Bo died. It was about five or so years ago now. He had an inoperable brain tumor as a side effect to some experiments done on him by Dr. Rolf.
BRADY: Oh man! I mean, I wasn’t super close to Uncle Bo, but still…
CHLOE: Yeah.
BRADY: I’m glad I’m having my first session in a little bit.
CHLOE: That is good. Look, I don’t want to dump all of this on you and run, but…
BRADY: I get it, you’ve gotta get back to Chicago. I’ll, uh, I’ll make some time to meet with Aunt Hope and this Aiden guy, see if we can get the ball rolling on this.
CHLOE: And I’ll be in touch soon. I come up to Salem every few weekends, a bit more often now that school’s back in session.
BRADY: Sounds good. It is good to see you again, Chloe.
CHLOE: It’s nice to see you, too.
Brady briefly considered going in for a hug, but reconsidered, and just nodded. Chloe opened the door, and they walked out.

I'm happy and a little jealous that Allie gets to keep the cat.

Nothing will bring Brady1 back (except maybe Rolf) so the best Theresa can hope for is the truth.

I laughed when Chloe said Aiden is better than Justin. Brady also needs to know that Chloe was married a few more times since he's been gone.

It must be hard for Brady to learn how much has changed. Yes, not Justin, anyone but Justin LOL.

I'm glad Allie gets to keep the cat.

I hope Theresa will believe the truth if it isn't what she expects.

I think Brady needs to know that while he's been gone for these past 13 years that Chloe has been married a lot of times first to Lucas and then Daniel and then she was with Philip and then Deimos...but that she was a call girl among other things...so much stuff in Chloe's past that Brady is going to have to catch up on

For Brady to find out that his Uncle Bo is dead...I feel bad for him because Brady never even got the chance to grieve because he was being held captive all these years

But Brady meeting up with Hope and Aiden...I can only imagine what he will think of this?

The only people that could bring Carter back from the dead would be Rolf or Vincent Belman...but I wonder if either one of them will have that incentive to bring him back?

I'm glad that Theresa seems to have somewhat settled down with Andrew.

Brady II better be ready for all of the changes that have happened. He's only scratched the tip of that iceberg.

AIDEN’S OFFICE
ANDREW: Glad to see things are still going strong.
AIDEN: Yeah, things are good. My son, Chase, is studying law, so no doubt he’ll be here apprenticing sometime in the hopefully near future.
ANDREW: That’s excellent. I’m happy for you.
AIDEN: Thanks. How’s things in D.C.?
ANDREW: Good. Much as I miss working here, it’s great being able to work alongside my Dad.
AIDEN: That’s good, man. I’m glad you stopped by on your way out.
ANDREW: Of course. I had to come and visit my former partner.
Belle walked in.
AIDEN: And speaking of partners…
ANDREW: Belle.
BELLE: Andrew!
Andrew and Belle hugged.
BELLE: It was good to see you at the funeral the other day. I’m sorry we didn’t get a chance to talk more.
ANDREW: Not a problem. It was a busy day for all of us. And, of course, I had to come and support my sister. How are you holding up?
BELLE: It’s...a very confusing time, let’s just say.
Andrew nodded.
ANDREW: I understand.
BELLE: How long are you in town for?
ANDREW: Well, unfortunately, I’m leaving this afternoon. Dad and I’ve gotta get back.
BELLE: I understand. It’s good to see you.
AIDEN: It certainly is.
ANDREW: You as well, both of you.
Andrew shook hands with Aiden and hugged Belle again.

KIRIAKIS MANSION
Theresa was folding clothes in her room. Shane stood nearby.
SHANE: I’m sorry that I have to leave so soon.
THERESA: It’s okay, I get it.
SHANE: If you’d like your mother to stick around-
THERESA: Dad, I’m fine. I’m a big girl, I can take care of myself. Plus, I’ve got Tate, he’s all I need. We’ll see you at Thanksgiving, or whenever the next time you can visit is.
SHANE: Ah, yes. I wanted to talk to you about that, actually.

SALEM UNIVERSITY
Allie was putting on her shoes and tying them.
MANNY: What’re you gonna name it?
ALLIE: Not sure. I’ll have to think of a good name for her.
MANNY: So, we’re gonna have another roommate, then. Not that I mind, I actually think it’s cool that you’re getting a cat. You’d be a great cat mom.
ALLIE: Aw, thanks Manny!
Manny nodded.
MANNY: We still on for Fall Fest tonight?
ALLIE: Totally! It’s gonna be a great time!
Johnny also was getting ready for his first class of the day, as was his roommate.
CHARLIE: So, any exciting plans for the weekend?
Johnny shrugged.
JOHNNY: Nothing to speak of, not yet, at least.
CHARLIE: Gotcha.
JOHNNY: What about you?
CHARLIE: Well, I hear Salem puts on a pretty good Fall Festival, so I figured I’d check that out. You should come.
JOHNNY: Yeah, I’ll see if Meadow’s interested. We usually hang out on Friday nights, so maybe. Either way, it should be fun. My little sister went last year with a friend, and she said it was cool.
CHARLIE: Little sister? I thought Allie was your twin.
JOHNNY: She is, I’ve got more than one sister. My younger sister, Sydney, is still in high school.
CHARLIE: Ah, that makes sense.
JOHNNY: Anyway, have a good day, dude. See you ‘round.
CHARLIE: See ya.
Johnny picked up his backpack and walked out.

ST. LUKE’S
Brady walked into the church and looked around.
BRADY (thinking): Doesn’t look like it’s changed much.
As Brady looked around, Sister Mary Moira walked over.
MOIRA: Can I help you, young man?
BRADY: I’m supposed to be meeting somebody here, sister.
MOIRA: And who might that be.
BRADY: Eric Brady. I’m sorry, sister, you look very familiar. Have we met?
MOIRA: I can’t say that we have. I remember almost everybody who comes through this church.
BRADY: I haven’t been here in a long time. My name’s Brady Black.
Sister Mary Moira fingered the ruler which she kept up her sleeve.
MOIRA: I see.
The door opened and Eric walked in.
ERIC: Brady?
Brady turned around.
BRADY: Eric?
The two men walked over to each other and shook hands.
ERIC: Wow. This is…
BRADY: Different, I know. I’ve been getting that a lot lately, and probably will for a while. Not that I don’t expect it, it’s different for me, too.
ERIC: Either way, it’s good to see you again. Sister, thank you for keeping Brady company until I got here.
Sister Mary Moira nodded and walked away.
BRADY: So, Marlena tells me you were a priest.
ERIC: I was, for a time. Unfortunately, my calling was only temporary, but God has shown me a slightly different path, which I am happy to follow.
BRADY: Gotcha.
ERIC: Would you like to take a walk?
BRADY: Sure.
Eric and Brady walked off together.

So Eric and the real Brady Kyle's Brady getting the chance to truly interact as step brothers...I can only imagine how these 2 will interact? Or if their relationship will have a closer dynamic as brothers than Eric had with Carter?

Brady being face to face with Sister Mary was bound to happen

I wonder if Brady will find out about Carter and Kristen? But also find out all the things Kristen did not just to Carter but to Eric and their whole family

Charlie...there's something off about him like his interest in Allie...I wonder if he will end up raping her?



Theresa is a single mother now so she had Tate to think about

I wonder if Shane won't come back until Christmas?

Loved Andrew running into Belle because they are family...she is married to Andrew's cousin Shawn Douglas and Andrew & Shawn have always been close as cousins
