Chapter 635
HORTON TOWN SQUARE
SYDNEY: I’m so excited! I can’t wait for you and Daniel to get married!
The women chuckled.
NICOLE: Well, we won’t have to wait much longer. None of us will.
Nicole took a deep breath.
CHLOE: You ready?
NICOLE: As ready as I can be.
CHLOE: This is gonna be great!
There was a knock on the door.
SYDNEY; I’ll get it!
Sydney ran over to the door and opened it.
SYDNEY: Uncle Brandon!
Sydney hugged Brandon.
BRANDON: Hey, kiddo. You look nice.
SYDNEY: So do you.
Brandon looked up and walked over to Nicole.
BRANDON: And who is this amazing woman in front of me? She looks kinda like my little sister.
NICOLE: Oh, stop.
BRANDON: You look good, Nik.
NICOLE: You’re not too bad, yourself. I just wish Mom was here to see this.
BRANDON: Me too. She would have loved to see this moment. But, she’s always with us. And I’m sure she’s very happy for you.
Brandon and Nicole hugged.
BRANDON: So, it’s time to get in line. The ceremony’s about to begin.
Nicole put her arm around Brandon’s. Chloe, Sally and Sydney walked out, then Brandon and Nicole followed. Outside, many of Salem’s residents had gathered, and were sitting in rows of chairs. Abe stood at the front, in the pavilion. Some music started up.

When they got to the front of the congregation, Daniel hugged Melissa, and then Maggie. Melissa and Maggie sat down, while Daniel stood next to Abe. Next to walk up was Eric, who was hand-in-hand with Chloe. Eric stood on Daniel’s other side, while Chloe stood on the opposite side of the pavilion. Next up where Brady and Sally, followed by J.J. and Sydney. After each had taken their sides, Parker, carrying the rings, walked up and stood by the men. Followed by him was Ari, the flower girl, who took her place by the women. The music stopped, and some new music began.
CLICK HERE. Everyone stood up and turned to the back as Nicole, on Brandon’s arm, walked in. They came to the front of the congregation. Nicole lifted her veil and kissed Brandon on the cheek. Brandon sat down and Nicole took her place opposite Daniel. They smiled at each other.
DANIEL (whispering): You are amazing.
NICOLE (whispering): So are you.
Abe put his hands up and everyone in the congregation sat down.
ABE: Friends and family, we gathered here today to join Nicole Stella Walker and Daniel James Jonas in marriage. Before they are joined together, Nicole and Daniel have informed me that they have written their own vows. You are free to recite them at this time.
Nicole and Daniel turned to each other.
NICOLE: When I first met you, I was in a really difficult situation. And you helped me. It’s not even that you helped me, you went above and beyond what anyone else would do. You’ve become my partner, in more ways than one. When I’ve schemed, you’ve been right by my side, helping me with my plans, but you’ve also told me when I’m going too far. And most of the time, you’ve been one of the few people who can get through to me. More than anything, you’ve shown me respect, from the moment we met. For various reasons, a lot of people wouldn’t do that, but you always have. You see the real me, behind the facade that I sometimes put up for other people, and you’ve made me comfortable enough to let you get this close to me. Even at my worst, you somehow bring out the best in me, and yet you never try to change me. You accept me for who I am. I have never loved anyone the way that I love you. And I am so thankful that, after all this time, after everything we’ve been through, that we’re finally here, and you still want to be my husband.
DANIEL: We we first met, I was a very confused man. A very lost man. I had gotten away from what I truly wanted in life. And then I met you, this incredible, strong, beautiful, smart woman, and you made me see what I truly wanted. What I truly needed. We, Nicole, we are partners, in every sense of the word. We have been with each other through some of the toughest times. And we have always, always come out on the other side stronger for it. We have both, both of us, made mistakes in our lives. And we know that. And despite all of that, we accept each other, we love each other. And that, that is one of the most beautiful things about you, about us. That even though neither of us are perfect, we don’t need to be, because we have always, always got each other. We always care about each other. We always love each other. And it is that love, that strength that we both have that makes us perfect together. So, yes, I still want to be your husband. I could never want anything more. Like the song, our song, says, “You give your all to me, and I give my all to you. You’re my end and my beginning. Even when I lose I’m winning, because I give you all of me, and you give me all of you.”
Nicole wiped a tear from her eye, as did Daniel. The audience clapped.
ABE: That was beautiful. And now, may I have the rings, please?
Parker handed the rings to Abe.
ABE: Thank you. Who gives this woman to be married to this man?
Brandon stood up.
BRANDON: I do.
Brandon sat back down.
ABE: These rings are a symbol of Nicole and Daniel’s love for each other. A never ending circle, which symbolizes their love. If there is anyone here who can find just reason as to why these two should not be wed, speak now, or forever hold your peace.
After a moment of silence, Abe continued.
ABE: Very good. Daniel, please place this ring on Nicole’s finger and repeat after me. “With this ring, I thee wed.”
Daniel took the ring from Abe and put it on Nicole’s finger.
DANIEL: With this ring, I thee wed.
ABE: Nicole, please place this ring on Daniel’s finger and repeat after me. “With this ring, I thee wed.”
Nicole took the ring from Abe and put it on Daniel’s finger.
NICOLE: With this ring, I thee wed.
ABE: Daniel, do you take Nicole Stella Walker to be your wife? Do you promise to honor and cherish her, to be faithful to her as long as you both shall live?
DANIEL: I do.
ABE: Nicole, do you take Daniel James Jonas to be your husband? Do you promise and honor and cherish him, to be faithful to him as long as you both shall live?
NICOLE: I do.
ABE: Then, by the power vested in me by the state, I now pronounce you, husband and wife. You may kiss-
Daniel and Nicole had already started kissing before Abe could finish his sentence.
ABE: Ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to present Mr. and Mrs. Daniel and Nicole Jonas!
The entire congregation stood and clapped and cheered.
NICOLE (whispering): Happy Valentine’s Day, Mr. Jonas.
DANIEL (whispering): Happy Valentine’s Day, Mrs. Jonas.
Daniel and Nicole kissed again.
