I was wrong about the funeral, there never seemed to be any more people arriving for it.
I think the question Jason needs to be asking is whether Sam will ever be able to forgive him. He is acting exactly like Michael was months back. I don't care what happened forever ago when he was "handled" following his accident, it's time to get the hell over it and grow up. He was being an ungrateful, whiny baby today. So what, your wife had the nerve to want you to live, boo hoo! He's an idiot. All the crap Sam puts up with so that he can "be himself" and the second she does one thing he doesn't like he's ready to bail on his marriage and child - he can get on his motorbike and ride the hell out of Port Charles for all I care.
On a brighter note, Rick Springfield is the man!!! I can't believe how good he was in those scenes today. I expected him to be a little rusty, but he didn't miss a beat .... and I can't get over how young he still looks!

General Hospital has been so very good lately and it keeps on getting better with each new episode. The whole funeral stuff was great except for the Maxie scenes.
Jason and Sam both were getting on my nerves yesterday. I really haven't liked Jason too much recently but I hope that changes again soon.
I absolutely love what is going on between Johnny and Carly and I can't wait to see Carly get jealous over Connie.
I am really liking this Connie stuff alot more than I thought I would. Connie is so much more interesting than Kate.
I loved seeing Rick Springfield today. He definitely is looking mighty good for his age and his acting in the Patrick scenes was really good. I can't wait to see the Noah and Anna interaction that is going to be coming up.
I saw over on the DR website that it looks like the Revolution is going to end up being cancelled and that GH may end up taking that time slot when Katie Couric's new talk show airs in September. If this does happen GH will end up being on at the exact same time that Days is on for me. It will be interesting if Days and GH end up competing in the same time slot to see who is going to end up with the better ratings. I have a bad feeling that Days is not going to be able to get the kind of ratings that GH has since GH is really good right now and Days is barely watchable on most days. I really hope that Days gets their act together soon to be able to compete against GH for ratings.

I had a little evil laugh moment there when I read that the Revolution will be cancelled ... I want the Chew and Katie Couric to fail too .... just because that cartoon mouse needs to be taught some respect for the soap genre. I'm not sure what effect having GH in Days' time slot will do since so many people now record the shows and watch when they get home. I currently watch both shows and having them in the same time slot won't alter that.... other things might, but not the time slot issue. GH has been good and I'm always surprised that it doesn't do better in the ratings. Days has been improving and you know how critical I am of the show so that's saying something... of course a big part of it is that the Lumi scenes have been good and that's enough to distract from parts that aren't so good. With GH, it's more like most of the show is always good and there are just a few annoyances (like right now it's Jason and a week ago I would have said Maxie). Days has finally made a few of the adjustments that I've felt were needed but they need to make some more. I think Nicole's story is going to be good, the Abby/Austin stuff has been interesting and I think Will will have a great story as soon as Marlena gets out of it. The Alamainia stuff is ridiculous and boring but I've heard rumors about May sweeps that sounds great and I think the Alamainia one is the set up for it. My concern about GH is the OLTL characters and the new writers. They have handled Robin's death story very well and I was pleasantly surprised that they kept the new characters out of it, I'm just not sure what the longterm plans are for them in Port Charles. I know I should have a little more faith but I'm scarred by what Tomlin and his Passions brigade did to Days. Maxie is a surprise. JL's acting is so over the top that I could barely tolerate the scenes at the funeral but her reaction at the hospital to Mac not arresting her and then confessing to Lisa's death has me intrigued by her story for the first time since KS left. I wonder if she really did it or if she is just so guilt ridden about Robin that she wants to be punished for something she didn't do.

This show has really been on fire lately and it just seems to be getting better and better each day. I heard a rumor ahead of time that Robin was still going to be alive but I just didn't expect it to be revealed so soon on the show that she is alive and being held captive somewhere by some secret person. I am extremely curious as to who is holding her captive. I read a rumor that an old villian from Robert and Anna's past may be coming back to the show so there is a good chance that it could be him or maybe Helena Cassadine is behind it since she always seems to like torturing people.
I am really enjoying this Connie stuff and I can't wait to see more of Connie and her plans for Johnny.
I don't care for John McBain and would like to see him go back to Llanview where he belongs. I have never been a fan of Michael Easton,
I am glad that this whole stripper attacker storyline seems to be winding down and I am starting to think that Ronnie is the attacker and that maybe he is the one who is married to Delores and she is protecting him.
I liked the little talk that Liz and Anna had today over the loss of their children. I am so glad that Anna came back to Port Charles and I love it whenever she shares scenes with Luke.
I can't believe how good an actor Jason Thompson is. I never really liked him before too much until we got to see him really show off his acting chops. I have been enjoying his grief scenes because he is not OTT in them like some of the other actors on the show like Maurice Bernard is in his emotional scenes. I am liking that it looks like that they are going to be doing this whole starcrossed lovers thing with Patrick and Robin where Patrick feels Robin's presence.
I saw a sneak peek for May for Days and it does look like there is going to be some good stuff coming up but the problem with Days is that the writers seem to be able to start off a storyline really good but then when it is time to wind up the storylines it always seems to fall flat like the whole Abby and Austin reveal did. I really hope that Days does get their act together soon so that I can enjoy the show like I used to. There are a few things I do enjoy on Days right now but for the most part I find alot of the stuff very boring and if I had to choose between watching GH and Days I would pick GH as of right now.

It has been good. It seemed like they were leaving an opening for Robin to still be alive if they wanted to bring her back in the future but I was shocked that they actually showed her. Have you heard anything about the actress changing her mind and staying?
Matt and Spinelli's fight today was hysterical (in a good way) ... I loved Spinelli's block with the book. My favorite part though was when Alexis asked if they should call someone and Mac said "like who? The police?"

The fight scenes between Spinelli and Matt were definitely hilarious. I loved Mac and Alexis' reactions when Matt and Spinelli were talking about who knew Maxie more intimately. I also liked the way that Spinelli pushed Matt out of the way so that he could reach Maxie first and then Mac intervened and told them that he would go talk to Maxie.
I also really liked the Tracy/Luke and Anna scenes. Tracy's reaction to Luke asking Anna to move in with him was priceless and it was so funny seeing Tracy acting all jealous of Anna and trying to get rid of her.

Did Olivia actually sic Sonny on Johnny today? I'm so very disappointed in her.
Intrigued by Jason having a twin. And I greatly enjoyed Patrick and Maxie's scenes yesterday. I guess she's finally starting to grow on me a bit.

Unfortunately Olivia did sic Sonny on Johnny today.
This whole twin storyline has me very intrigued. I just wish that it wasn't Franco who was Jason's twin though because I was hoping that this whole Franco stuff would be ending soon now that Franco is dead. I totally forgot about a lot of the stuff that happened surrounding both Steve and Jason's births so it was a very good use of history for the writers to have Heather tell the stories to Sam about both their births.
I still can't seem to like Maxie but her scenes with Patrick didn't annoy me for the first time ever since Jen Lilley took over the role.
I really like this Connie stuff and I am finally liking Ewen in this storyline quite a bit.
The Luke, Anna and John McBain scenes were really good today too. I liked seeing Luke acting all jealous. I am really interested in finding out how Sonny killed John McBain's sister.

I'm definitely not an expert on DNA testing by any stretch of the imagination but isn't it fine tuned enough at this point to even be able to distinguish paternity between twins, especially fraternal twins? It surprised me that Sam immediately jumped to the conclusion that Franco could still be the baby's father. And assumably Franco is still alive? It looks like it from the previews they keep showing.

I don't know much about DNA testing so I am not sure why Sam thought that Franco could still be the father of her baby and I really hope that Franco isn't still alive. I wonder if Alan is going to end up being Franco's father as well as Jason's. I don't remember too much of what happened on the show when Alan and Susan had Jason. This storyline seems a little bit weird to me since both of Jason's biological parents are dead and are not around to deal with the fallout of finding out that Franco is Jason's twin brother. I do think it is a neat little twist to have Franco be Jason's twin brother that was sold away at birth and it would definitely explain a lot of the animosity Franco had toward Jason.

Yeah I agree about the connection with Jason making sense now that we know Franco is his twin. The idea that Heather could tell Franco was "sinister" at birth is a little soapy over the topness - reminiscent of a show like OLTL instead of GH, but I'm good with the twin part.

I am a week behind on GH. So I just watched the Anna and Liz scene about losing children. I was crying like a baby in the middle of the student center. People were staring at me. Someone even offered me a tissue. I don't even know why I bother watching GH in public these days. It has had me so emotional for weeks.

Is GH in jeporady of being canceled? I read where it might be canceled and September 7 could be it's last air date. I love to watch GH and I will be sad if it is over with. I swear that tv is being taken over by reality tv and talk shows

Oh and has James Franco been on there recently?

There is/was a possibility of GH losing its spot to a new Katie Couric show. However, The Revolution is a failure and will be cancelled so GH will likely get that time slot and continue for at least a little longer. ABC is determined to get out of soap operas altogether which is proving to be a foolish decision but that doesn't seem to deter many TV Execs. James Franco has had a few different guest stints on GH but the last thing the audience knows of him, the character is dead.
