Thanks unavitasegreta ! I've always loved these types of videos and I finally got the courage to try doing another one. Yeah, Maggie's not jealous but there's a lot of emotions going on and most of it painful. I think the worst of it is Victor forgets she even exists when Caroline is around.

Maggie is always there and strong for everyone - I think they take her for granted. The only person who asked Maggie how she is handling all this is Kayla. Victor doesn't even think to asks how she is doing - he is so wrapped up in himself. It would be nice if Maggie had someone to talk to, maybe Julie or Jennifer. Maggie can't hold it in forever.

New Release Title: Dream Come True Song: Back at One (edited) Artist: Brian McKnight Summary: In August, 2014, Will Horton's magazine article about Abigail having an affair with EJ causes Victor to struggle with telling or not telling Maggie that he owns the magazine and that he pushed to have Will write the article. He's afraid this might be a lose-lose situation. Editor's note: Two years in the making... only because I'd gotten stuck on some points. Then I had to set it aside because of my annual October festival sabbatical. And that was when hubby had his accident. These past two years ended up being a crazy rollercoaster ride. I'm so happy that I finally got my senses back together and found this little gem. I remember wanting to work this song. I don't remember having put together any of the video but there it all was: notes and outlines and several project versions. New Release Title: No Matter What Song: No Matter What (edited) Artist: Badfinger Note: The original audio has been hit with a copyright claim. I had to mute the song in order to unblock the video. I overlayed the majority of it with youtube-approved music. The new song is "New Toy" by Silent Partner. I have added captions for lyrics and dialog. Use the CC button at the bottom right of the player.
Summary: Inspired by the 10/20/2016 episode. Story timeline is Christmas 2015 thru October 2016. Victor doesn’t notice that Maggie is worried about him paying so much attention to Caroline. After Maggie is paralyzed and Victor has a heart attack, he realizes how much they need each other. Editor’s Note:Last week I found some notes I’d scribbled down after the episode on 10/20/2016 based on the conversations between Victor and Julie and Victor and Philip. The latter being why I chose this song. Even though it’s not a song that makes one think “Maggie and Victor,” I'd actually had it on my "idea list" because I love it so much. Well, that first draft was really dark and depressing, probably because of the personal issues I had going on then but also because the show wasn't much fun either. Anyhoo!! I scrapped that draft, keeping only the ending, and refocused on the Caroline angle.
