Chapter 1

FILM STUDIO
Dewey, Cheatham and Howe sat behind the desk. Sami walked in.
SAMI: Gentlemen, you wanted to see me?
DEWEY: Yes, Miss Brady. Please, take a seat.
Sami sat down on the opposite side of the desk from the three men.
SAMI: What can I do for you?
CHEATHAM: Well, Miss Brady, we've been thinking about that story you told us a few weeks ago...
SAMI: Listen, I know that it was kinda crazy and convoluted. I know some of it didn't make sense, but I'm telling you the truth, my life has been just about that crazy. I mean, okay, maybe not all of those things happened, but similar situations have.
HOWE: No, no. We're here to praise the story, not pan it.
SAMI: You...what?
DEWEY: We loved your story! We loved it so much that we're thinking about making a spin-off series. One based on your real life, and one based on whatever you decide you want to happen.
SAMI: That's...that's great!
CHEATHAM: There's just one problem: we don't know how the story ends. That's why we asked you here today. We'd like you to tell us how the story ends.
HOWE: Does the former druggie get help? Does the crazy incestuous ax murderer with only one facial expression die? Does the mom come clean to her daughter about setting up her boyfriend? And what about that crime family? What happens next?
SAMI: You wanna know what happens next? Well, let me tell ya...

EVE'S APARTMENT
PAIGE: I remember everything.
EVE: Really? That's great!
PAIGE: Is it? Is it really, mother? Because, I also figured out something else. You set J.J. up.
EVE: What?!
J.J.: It wasn't that hard to figure out. You set me up, Eve.
PAIGE: You hired Jill to make me think that J.J. was cheating on me. And then you slept with my boyfriend.
EVE: No, no! It was all a mistake! I swear!
PAIGE: A mistake? A mistake?! No! A mistake is forgetting to put the clothes in the dryer when they're done washing. A mistake is accidentally putting salt in coffee instead of sugar. What you did was sick, mom! It was disgusting!
EVE: Paigey, I swear, baby girl, I never meant it to go this far! I just -
PAIGE: You just what, mom?! You just couldn't accept the fact that J.J., the son of your mortal enemy, was a nice boy? That he cared about me? You just had to keep meddling until you got your way? You just couldn't accept the fact that I was happy for the first time in a long time? The first time since dad abandoned us?
EVE: Paige, I suggest you calm down right now, before you say something that you regret.

PARK
Lucas and Kate were sitting in the park, talking. Suddenly, they heard a noise.
JORDAN (yelling): KATE!!!
Jordan, swinging her ax violently ran in. Lucas pulled a gun out of his pocket, shot, and hit Jordan. She fell to the ground.
KATE: Lucas, what have you done?
LUCAS: I was protecting you, okay? I had to! I wasn't gonna let this incestuous psycho witch hurt you again!

DIMERA MANSION
The house was shaking as a gold light permeated the room.
SAMI: What have you done?
STEFANO: It's working!
Stefano cackled maniacally.
STEFANO: It's working!
The five who stood in a circle began to levitate.
ANDRE, REX, CASSIE, E.J., & CHAD: We have the power. We will control the world. We are the prism, and the prism is us.
The five took their hands off the prism and took each other's hands. They formed a circle.
ANDRE, REX, CASSIE, E.J., & CHAD: And we...are...your masters now.
The DiMera Mansion imploded. The five people who now formed the prism flew out of it.

[Kpatch]

Dewey Cheatham and Howe! Makes me think of Click and Clack.

Go Paige! Love how strong your wrote her.

I can't believe Lucas killed Jordan! That was a shock.

Lucas shooting Jordan was a surprise. I wonder what havoc the DiMera's are going to cause.

Chapter 2

BRADY PUB
Kimberly, Shane, Kayla, Theresa and Anne were sitting at a table.
SHANE: Love, I'm so sorry for everything you had to go through.
TERESA: It's not entirely your fault.
SHANE: I know. But, I should have been there more for you when you were first having trouble in school.
TERESA: I'm just glad you guys came back. I can't believe you still love me after all the horrible things I've done.
KIMBERLY: Honey, of course we love you. We're you're parents.
TERESA: I need help.
SHANE: We're all here for you, Jeannie. We'll get you whatever kind of help you need. And we do love you. Never question how much we love you.
TERESA: How can you when I don't even love myself?
Shane put his arms around Teresa.
KIMBERLY: Jeannie, we're your parents. Nothing you can do will ever make us stop loving you.

EVE'S APARTMENT
EVE: Look, baby girl, I understand that you're upset. But, I think we all just need to take a step back and discuss this with a clearer head.
PAIGE: My head is clearer than it has been the last several months. My head has never been more clear.
EVE: Okay. Then, let's sit down and discuss this.
PAIGE: No. I'm not gonna sit down. But you are gonna tell me the truth. Why did you do it, mother? Why did you hire Jill to frame J.J., and then when that didn't work, sleep with him?
EVE: Hey, J.J. was as much a participant in the affair as I was. It takes two to tango.
PAIGE: He and I have discussed that already. Now it's time for you and I to discuss it.
EVE: He's not good enough for you, Paige!
PAIGE: Why? Because he's Jennifer's son? The son of your mortal enemy and your ex lover?
EVE: I got over Jack a long time ago.
PAIGE: No you didn't! You still talk about him all the time! If you had really gotten over him, then this petty feud between you and Jennifer would stop! Why did you do it, mom? Why did you sleep with J.J.?
EVE: I don't know! I was confused! I was angry!
PAIGE: Anger sex?! Wha...who does that?! Seriously, who has sex with somebody that they purportedly hate?
EVE: Paige, just give me a chance to explain. We can work this out.
PAIGE: No, I'm not sure that we can.

PARK
KATE: Lucas, do you realize how much trouble you could get into?
LUCAS: I had to do something, mom! That psycho kidnapped and tortured you. She was gonna kill you!
KATE: Well, I don't think she's breathing.
Lucas got down to check Jordan's pulse.
LUCAS: Nope. Nothing.
KATE: Great. So, what now?
LUCAS: We gotta get rid of the evidence.
KATE: And where do you suppose we should do that? That Salem River's frozen over at the moment.
LUCAS: Well, I don't know! I've never hidden a body before! There must be some place to put it other than the river.
Sami walked up. She was bruised and covered in soot.
SAMI: Perhaps I can be of some assistance.

[Kpatch]

Paige needs to watch soaps more often if she thinks people who hate each other don't have sex. LOL.
Hoping Teresa's parents can help her.
Oh yay, Sami to the rescue. If anyone knows where to bury the bodies, she does!

I like Teresa's family being so supportive of her.

Chapter 3

BRADY PUB
Kayla and Anne walked away to another part of the Pub to give Theresa and her parents some time alone.
KAYLA: Anne?
ANNE: Yeah.
KAYLA: I heard about what you did for Theresa. Thank you for taking care of her.
ANNE: No problem. I care about the kid. I just hope she gets the help she needs.
KAYLA: She will. Shane and Kim will make sure of that.

PARK
LUCAS: What happened to you? Did you lose a bet?
SAMI: Funny, Lucas. Real funny, coming from the man who needs help hiding a dead body.
LUCAS: Seriously, though. Are you okay? What happened to you?
SAMI: How much time you got?
LUCAS: Not a lot. We need to get rid of this body before anyone else sees it. Give us the Soap Digest version, we'll hear the full story later.
KATE: Don't you mean Reader's Digest?
LUCAS: That's what I said.
SAMI: Well, you would not believe the day I am having...

DIMERA MANSION – FLASHBACK
ANDRE, REX, CASSIE, E.J., & CHAD: We...are...your masters now.
The DiMera Mansion imploded. The five people who now formed the prism flew out of it. Sami climbed up from the rubble coughing.
SAMI: What the hell? That can't be good!

PARK
LUCAS: What were you doing at the DiMera Mansion in the first place? In fact, what are you doing here? I thought you would have left for Hollywood by now.
SAMI: Hey, you said you wanted the Reader's Digest version. I'll explain later. Right now, you and Kate pick up the body.
Lucas and Kate picked up Jordan's lifeless body.
SAMI: Follow me.
Sami led them away.
LUCAS (under his breath): How do I always get roped into these sort of things?

MAISON BLANCHE
The five members of the prism had arrived at Maison Blanche.
CHAD: Whoa! What is this place?
ANDRE: This, my dear cousin, is Maison Blanche, one of Stefano's many mansions.
REX: You told us about this place before, father.
CASSIE: You said it had been destroyed.
ANDRE: Oh, it was. But, Stefano rebuilt it. But, enough talk. It's time to get down to business.
E.J.: And what exactly is our business here, André?
ANDRE: You'll soon see, Elvis. You'll see. Rex, come with me for a moment.
Rex followed André into a different room. They stopped in front of a computer.
REX: What's up?
ANDRE: You know how to hack into a television signal, yes?
REX: Of course. I'm a genius. It's simple mathematics, really.
ANDRE: Good. Figure out the codes to all of Salem's major television stations.
Rex sat down at the computer.
REX: Shouldn't be too hard to figure out. What do we need those for?
ANDRE: We're going to do to all of Salem what a man who goes by the name Captain Midnight once did to HBO.

I wonder what they have planned for the TV stations. Lucas ends up in these messes usually because of Kate and/or Sami.

The Soap Digest version! LOL.

Sami and Lucas are teaming up together. So happy!

Just caught up and I am loving this story. Lucas cracks me up so hard, and I really like his interactions with Sami.

Chapter 4

WOODS
Sami led Kate and Lucas into the woods.
KATE: How much farther?
SAMI: Not much.
LUCAS: What are we even doing out here?
SAMI: Picnicing. What do you think?
Finally, Sami stopped.
SAMI: Right here.
She was stopped in front of a metal trash can.
LUCAS: Sami, that's a trash can.
SAMI: Really? It is? Thank you so much for pointing that out, Lucas. I thought it was an R2-D2 reject.
LUCAS: Look, I don't need to take this -
SAMI: Actually, you do. You are the ones with the dead body, not me. So, either you do what I say, or you find a way to hide the body yourself.
KATE: As much as I hate to agree with her, Sami's right.
LUCAS: All right, fine. What now?
Sami motioned from the body to the can.
SAMI: Put her in.
Lucas and Kate dumped Jordan's body in the trash can.
SAMI: Now, if you'll bear with me for one moment, I'll be right back.
Sami walked away.
LUCAS (to himself): This deal keeps getting worse all the time.

EVE'S APARTMENT
EVE: Don't say that, Paige. Don't you ever say that!
PAIGE: Why? Because it's true? Because you just wanna keep living in this little fantasy world where everything's absolutely fine and going your way?
EVE: No! Because I want to protect you!
PAIGE: There's nothing to protect me from anymore, mom. I know the truth now. I know what you did to J.J. What you did to me. Who does that, mom? Who would be so desperate to make their child unhappy that they not only make them think that their boyfriend is cheating on them, but when that doesn't work, actually sleep with her boyfriend?
EVE: I never wanted you to be unhappy. All I ever wanted was for you to be happy! I was just trying to show you that J.J. is not a good person for you to be around! I was trying to show you the truth!
PAIGE: Oh, you showed me the truth, all right. You showed me the truth about just how little you care about my happiness.
EVE: Paige, honey, that's just not true! Of course I care about your happiness! But, honey, you would never have been happy with J.J. in the first place! I was just helping to show you that!
J.J.: Um, I'm right here.
EVE: You stay out of this you little brat!
PAIGE: No! No. You don't get to speak to my boyfriend that way. Not anymore. I can't be here right now. I'll come back and get my stuff later.
EVE: Where are you going?
PAIGE: Out.
Paige left. J.J. went after her.
EVE: No, you stay! This is all your fault you little son of a -
J.J.: That's a bit rich coming from you, isn't it?
EVE: You are gonna live to regret this, J.J.!
J.J.: You know what, I don't care.
J.J. chuckles.
J.J.: I...I really don't care what you say. I don't care about some petty feud between you and my mom that's gone on for way too long now. What I care about is Paige. So, you can lash out all you want. You can make me the bad guy. But we both know the truth now, and so does Paige. You ruined Paige's happiness. Not me. So, go ahead. Call me names. Put me down. I don't care. Because you and I and Paige know that this is all your fault. You did this. You.
J.J. turned and ran after Paige.

[heroicmuse]

Ooh I love this confrontation with Eve.

Lucas and Sami continue to be a riot. So much so that I'm not terribly disturbed by them throwing away a dead body.

R2D2 reject! I love it! What a great way you found to get rid of Jordan. Actually, any way would be great, but I'm enjoying what you've done with her.

As for Eve/Paige/JJ, oh how I wish this would be how it plays out on air. Eve is getting what she deserves.
