I've never been a fan of Rafe or the actor who plays him, but I am impressed by the way he is able to distinguish the two Rafes so you don't need a scorecard to figure out which Rafe you're watching.

However ...

One Rafe was plenty. Two Rafes are too many. It is turning into the all Rafe network. Don't TPTB know the saying "all things in moderation." They are clearly in love with this storyline. Me, not so much. You?

Rafe2 creeps me out...I don't like how he treats the kids. Allie actually looked frightened of him. At least she is now safe with Lucas. I could see him easily losing his temper and hurting one of them Sami or maybe even Gabi. We don't know anything about this guy and the fact he was willling to be completely changed and do this says he is not someone that should be around children.

So for me, the sooner this ends the better in my opinion. This Rafe2 is not sexy at all... Now the Rafe2 in the cell, I wish I could give a sponge bath to..

Oh it pains me to read this thread...!!! Rafe is adorable...and Galen is even more so....Galen is always soooo funny in his interviews...I just love the guy....and I have liked Rafe from day 1....I was not looking forward to him coming on the show though, cause I couldn't stand the guy he played on Passions....I was not a happy camper....but Rafe is dreamy...!!!! Yes, I'm channeling a 16 year old right now....!!!!

I can't say that I'm fond of Rafe or Rafe2,but I have to admit that Galen is doing an admirable job playing the dual role.I wasn't sure how that was going to work out,but he's definitely pulling it off in my opinion.Kudos to him for a job well done!

Well as much as I like my guys a little on the complicated side, aka Philip and Lucas, I do like Rafe. Galen is a seriously handsome man and I love the smile. I appreciated the way he was written as a hero from day one. I even understand that with Allison's pregnancy necessitating a pregnancy for Sami that he was a "quickie" character. The fiance story with meredith was whacked out and poorly written and seemingly just another part of the DiMera plotting, rather than a real opportunity to provide some backstory. Having both his sister some to Salem does show us more of the real Rafe, but Arianna's incessant whining took over the stage and may have affaected my feelings for the character too, because I liked him less when she was around.

Now that he has the opportunity to play both Rafes, I am enjoying him as an actor more, but he needs another man to interact with. I loved him at the Cheatin Heart with Brady. More of Rafe interacting with the other male characters on the show would allow us to see more of who Rafe is than just having scenes with Sami, the kids, with a little Nicole and the DiMeras tossed in to the mix. Maybe he just needs a friend.
