Well, really, Sami does most of the talking.
Still in that conference room, Maxine enters. Sami is annoyed that Maxine interrupted their private conversation (OMG doesn’t she realize she doesn’t own the place!) and Maxine says there’s a meeting in 5 minutes. Why does Maxine, a professional nurse, have to set up the room for a meeting?
So Sami takes Abby aside and says that someone was listening to their conversation and they need to find out who. She opens the closet. LOL. I found that amusing. Cut to commercial.
No one is in there. Hmmm. Where did EJ go? Abby says she has to leave and Sami says they need to talk more. Oy. Maxine tells them to find somewhere else to talk.
Later, at Club TBD, Sami brings Abby a ginger tea. She encourages Abby to buy a pregnancy test and Sami will stay with her when she finds out the results.
Sami assures Abby that her mother will understand and support her, but she manages to insult Jennifer in the process. Abby gloms onto that and says “you’re marrying a Dimera and you’re throwing stones at my mother?” Sami mentions Jennifer’s led a very moral life. Okay, so?
Abby thanks Sami and leaves. Sami realizes she didn’t give Abby back her art books.

Did Abigail seriously, SERIOUSLY, throw out a "you're the one marrying a Dimera" ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ?? The gall of the girl never ceases to amaze me. First of all, does no one remember that Lexie was a Dimera? When's the last time anyone threw shade Abe's way for "marrying a Dimera"?! Second, the girl who is whoring around with said Dimera & whining how he chose Sami over her, really has no room whatsoever to imply anything about Sami's moral character because she's engaged to the man Abigail wants. Besides, Sami definitely had a point about the Horton Moral Superiority stick up Jennifer's butt, though it would have been more tactful to keep that to herself. Abby was bound to overreact given her fear of the someone pinning a huge scarlet red letter "A" on her Horton name.

I don't know where this idea started that the Hortons are morally superior. Every Horton woman I can think of - except Alice - was involved in extramarital affairs, schemes and cover-ups of some kind. Instead of talking to Sami Abigail should get advice from Julie.

When Abigail called her mother non-judgmental I just about choked on my drink. Jennifer is one of the most judgmental characters on the show. Abigail is terrified to have to tell her mom she got knocked up by an evil Dimera. I almost want Abby to be pregnant just to watch Jennifer's head spin when she finds out who the father is. ![](http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/teufel/devil-smiley-019.gif)

I don't think any of us thinks they actually ARE morally superior, they just love to ACT like they are, especially Jennifer. ProudTVJunkie, that's so evil.....and would be so much fun! ;-)

I would hope that any daugther would defend her mother when she's verbally attacked. Sami should know better than to try to ingratiate herself to Abby by insulting her mom. Besides, it sounds like Sami was basically trying to insult Jennifer for NOT having a checkered past like hers???

I think she needs to stop talking to everyone and just go buy a pregnancy test. If she's going to screw around like a grown up she needs to deal with the consequences like a grown up. She's creating all this melodrama and she might just have a stomach bug for goodness sake! Maybe she should ask Gabi for advice. That dimwit managed to have a baby without the world coming to an end so maybe she can help Abby do the same thing.

Just do it already and if you're not pregnant see a doctor about that stomach flu before you infect all of Salem!

I think Abigail is stalling because she is not yet ready to confront the reality of the situation if true. Well, that and the fact that Sami can't seem to leave her alone long enough to find out.

Besides, it sounds like Sami was basically trying to insult Jennifer for NOT having a checkered past like hers??? That's the way I saw that scene. Sami spoke before she thought (doesn't she always?) and let some judgment slip out about Jennifer and Abigail called her on it. Abigail defended her mother and used the easiest and simplest offense in order to do so (the Dimera card). Abigail is stalling because how hard is it to go to the store and get a test and take it with you to work? That's the easiest place to take it with absolute anonymity and dispose of it discreetly so there is no risk of her mother/brother accidentally seeing it in the trash at home. Other than the ick factor of public restrooms, I don't see a problem. But, da plot, da plot...

Funny, though, how Miss Abigail so quickly threw out that put down about "marrying a DiMera" considering how her perfect mother ALSO happened to marry a DiMera and one just as (if not more so) crooked as EJ. She could have defended Jennifer without insulting Sami, though I'm sure her guilt over having an affair with said DiMera caused that particular lash out.
Sami most definitely spoke without thinking, though I'm sure in her mind she was trying to comfort Abby. Of course, let's be honest, she was right about Judgmental Jennifer, as evidenced by how quickly Jen judged Nicole for lying to Eric about Daniel while trying to help him, yet she thought Daniel's lying to protect JJ was heroic & awesome. Sami knows Jen is going to freak out if Abby is pregnant....and Abby knows how colossal that freak-out will be when she finds out who the daddy is.
Honestly I think that Abby is a major drama queen so prolonging taking the test will not only extend the drama but also extend all of the attention she is getting from EJ.
