Daniel must be BLIND to not see that something is seriously wrong with Chloe - and HE'S supposed to be the doctor. I think he doesn't want to see it because she seems in love with him again. If he really loved her he would be unselfish and do what's best for her, which is getting her out of that place.

Chapter 32
“You pompous, son of a bitch.” Daniel bared his teeth at Philip. “That does it! I’m gonna finish the job I started at Parker’s christening.”
Philip put his palms up. “You don’t want to fight me, Daniel. I’m a trained Marine, remember? I can hurt you. Even with only one good leg to stand on.”
Daniel punched one of Philip’s hands, then the other, like a prize fighter warming up. “Nothing could hurt me worse than you did when you took my family away from me two years ago. But the tide has already turned. The gloves are off, Philip. The only reason I didn’t kill you at Parker’s christening is because Melanie stopped me. But she’s not here now. And now ... I am gonna kill you.” Daniel punched Philip in the jaw, and Philip fell backwards into a hedge.
Stunned, he lay there for a second before rubbing his face and getting to his feet. He looked over his shoulder and had scratches on his back from the hedges. Those cuts and scrapes were a wake-up call. Now he was fighting mad. He looked at Daniel. “Yeah well, Melanie is the only reason I didn’t fight back at Parker’s christening. But like you said, she’s not here now.” Philip used his head as a torpedo and went barreling into Daniel’s hard abdomen, as both of them fell onto the grass.
Each man struggled for dominance, rolling on the grass. Philip came out on top. He straddled Daniel and began pummeling him on the ground.
Daniel managed to push Philip off of him and got up on his feet. He bounced from one leg to the other like a boxer. “Come on, loser, you want a piece of me?”
“Ohhhhh,” Philip said low and slow, “do I ever, Scarface. I’m sick of you taking what’s mine.”
“What’s yours??? You are really delusional,” Daniel said, reeling his fist back and aiming for Philip’s head.
Philip ducked and grabbed Daniel’s arm, flipping him onto the ground. He put his bare foot into Daniel’s chest, and panted. “Told you Daniel, I’m a Marine. You’re not gonna win this round. You’re not gonna win the war either. It’s time to give up.”
“Not on your life.” Daniel grabbed Philip’s leg and pulled it toward him, causing Philip to lose his balance and end up flat on his back.

Meanwhile, upstairs in Maggie and Victor’s bedroom, Maggie sat up in bed and jostled Victor. “Victor, did you hear that?”
“Hear what,” he mumbled half asleep.
Maggie jumped out of bed and looked out the window. “Oh my god. Oh my god.”
“What?” Victor asked groggily.
Maggie rushed to the nightstand and reached for her cell phone.
“Who are you calling at this hour,” Victor asked.
“The police,” Maggie said, rushing back to the window. “There are burglars on the lawn trying to break in.”
Victor sat up. “That’s impossible. The security system is enabled. If anyone got through the gate, the alarm would get tripped and the police would be here already. Put your eyeglasses on and look again.”
“Take a look for yourself,” Maggie said, pointing out the window. “Hello 911? There are intruders on our property. They’re trying to break into the house. ... Yes, that’s the correct address. ... Yes, I’ll keep the line open.”
There was a knock at the bedroom door and Henderson’s voice could be heard from the other side. Victor put his robe on and opened the door.
“Sir, I’m sorry to disturb you, but your son and ...” Henderson looked over at Maggie, “... and your son ... are fighting on the lawn.”
“What the hell?” Victor pursed his lips and charged past Henderson. Maggie put on her robe and followed Victor downstairs.

Great fight scene. Go Philip! Victor and Maggie are going to be so angry. I won't be surprised if Philip gets the blame for the fight since Daniel can do no wrong.

Chapter 33
The next day, Philip sat in his office at Titan headquarters mindlessly staring out the window. His concentration was shot. Yesterday was one of the worst weirdest days of his life. Between his visit with Chloe, getting thrown out of The Oaks, fighting with Daniel on the lawn, and Victor explaining the situation to the police and convincing them not to arrest them both, he wondered what on earth could go wrong next. After the police left, neither Victor or Maggie hid their disgust. They seemed to blame Philip for the whole episode even though Daniel was the one who instigated the fight. Philip chuckled to himself recalling fights he had with Lucas when he was a kid. The youngest always gets blamed, he remembered.
Then he thought about the things Chloe said to him yesterday. She was scared. She begged him not to leave her, and now he was barred from seeing her at all.
She was being treated by a staff of incompetent doctors with Daniel serving as her custodian. Why couldn’t he see what was going on? Or maybe what wasn’t going on. Didn’t he talk to her about Parker? Didn’t it worry him that she didn’t know she has a son? She wasn’t getting any better. She was getting worse. But Daniel being Daniel, he didn’t mind Chloe being dependent on him. He preferred his women weak. Philip figured it made Daniel appear stronger in their eyes. It was, after all, the doctor’s M.O.
When Chloe asked Philip not to go, he wasn’t sure whether she was talking about now or 13 years ago when he joined the Marines. Her comprehension of time was confused, and her sense of reality seemed to fade in and out without warning. But the one thing he heard her say clearly was not to give up, and that’s all he needed to hear.
Then, of course, there was Parker. Philip was still the only one who knew -- besides EJ, of course -- that he was really the boy’s father. At some point in the near future, Philip would have to break the news to everyone. It was getting harder and harder to pretend, harder and harder to allow Daniel to play the part of Parker’s dad. But until Philip could bring Parker back to a home with both of his parents, Philip would have to maintain the status quo.
He looked back at his computer. He was doing research on The Oaks, trying to get some dirt on them, to find outcomes for other patients, but he was coming up empty. All he found was a pretty-looking website with fake-sounding testimonials from patients with made-up names and from doctors who said they referred their patients to The Oaks. Marketing baloney was all it was. As for Chief of Staff Paul Newman, Philip couldn’t find much on him either, other than the schools he attended and year of graduation. All useless.
“Damn it!” Philip was beyond frustrated as he slammed down the lid to his laptop. This was getting him nowhere. He needed to get her out of there, but he didn’t have the authority to do it on his own. He needed help. He needed reinforcements.
Philip’s eyes widened as an idea came to him. He just thought of someone who might be willing and able to help. “Why didn’t I think of this sooner,” Philip mumbled as he scrolled through the contact list on his iPhone. He tapped one of the listings, held the phone to his ear, and waited for an answer on the other end.
“Hi. This is Philip Kiriakis. ... Please don’t hang up! It’s a matter of life and death.”
