A guy named Ben (pretty darn cute btw) comes into the club looking for work and talks to T. T tells him that Sonny does all the hiring and he will pass the info along. Later we see this guy standing outside the pub watching Jordan and Rafe.

Do we know his relationship to Jordan yet? Do we know if he's gay? His reaction to Sonny's announcement about his engagement made me think that maybe he is.
