Well, my husband hates to fly, so it'll have to be when I get lots of vacation time (to drive it) or when I win the lottery and retire!!

Omg flying is one of my biggest fears. When we went to the Dominican in February it was a 7 hour flight. I was in tears the whole time. Talk about worst flight ever, I was hung over and 4 hours into the flight a man went into cardiac arrest and his heart stopped. My husband and a paramedic were the only ones with first aid. We were flying over chicago and they performed CPR on him all the way until we redirected the flight and emergency landed in Toronto. Then it was the worst turbulence ever from Toronto to Edmonton. I've been very scared about flying again. I need some Ativan I think to calm Me before getting on there lol
Ps. I'm with you MrsM. Get up, play slots, have a few drinks and then have breakfast. After eating, it's always time to start again in Vegas. Lol. It's the best when the drinks are free lol

My hubby is the same way. I usually drive because he drives me insane! We'll go somewhere that we've been to a bunch of times, and he'll get lost. Or he'll miss the exit. Argh. We say it's better for our marriage if I drive. I've tried to be better about it, but I just can't.

*raises hand* I am directionally challenged. Big time. GG that sounds awful. The worst flight I had was when I was 4 months pregnant with Katie and we were on a really small plane flying into San Jose Costa Rica and the turbulence was awful. It really messed with me and I was not sitting next to hubby and I started to panic. I had a hard time getting on the plane to leave.

Luckily my hubby can drive anywhere once and never needs a map. We only use our GPS for food, gas or hotels. My hubby hates to fly so the only place I ever go is the almost 14 hours to my Mom's house.
