Are you tired of Christmas music by now?
What are your favorite holiday songs?
Which holiday songs make you cry?
What songs do you need to hear to make it really feel like Christmas?
My favorites are Gloria ...
Little Drummer Boy by Bing and Bowie ...
Christmas Cottage ...
For me, it's not Christmas until I hear Carol of the Bells ...
Sinatra's version of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas makes me weepy ...
And O Holy Night is one of my all-time favorite Christmas songs because of Days of Our Lives. This is when John and Kristen found a kidnapped baby Belle and returned to her to Marlena and Roman during Christmas mass while Billie sang O Holy Night. I love the way the scene is "choreographed" to the music. It's worth watching.

I LOVE Christmas music. My favorite religious song is O Holy Night. I think it's beautiful and truly expresses the meaning of Christmas. That line, "til he appeared and the soul felt it's worth," gives me chills. I love just about any version of it.
I heard Nat King Cole's Away in a Manger on the radio today and that is also really beautiful. His voice is just so smooth and beautiful and he sings that like a lullaby.
As for non-religious, I think Holly Jolly Christmas by Burl Ives is just about the best. I also love Let it Snow, Winter Wonderland, All I Want for Christmas by Mariah Carey.
Least favorite are the Twelve Days of Christmas and Santa Baby.

Monica has been practicing Christmas carols for choir for awhile. It was getting annoying after awhile.

O Holy Night is my all time favorite but I am very picky about which version I like. I hate when singers change it up. Coventry Carol is also another favorite of mine. It is very dark but when it is sung it is absolutely gorgeous. Carol of the Bells is another must hear but I hate how commercial it is getting.

I prefer the religious carols that remind you of the true meaning of Christmas. My favorite is probably O Holy Night. I like Silent Night.
Monica is very cute singing The Little Saint Nick.

I heard this song on the radio this morning. Completely forgot about it. It's one of my all-time favorite songs, not just Christmas.
It's called Celebrate Me Home by Kenny Loggins.
Home for the holidays, I believe I've missed each and every face, Come on and play one easy, Let's turn on the love light in the place
It's time I found myself, Totally surrounded in your circles Come on, my friends
Please, celebrate me home, Give me a number, Please, celebrate me home Play me one more song, That I'll always remember, I can recall whenever I find myself too all alone, I can sing me home.
Uneasy highway, Traveling where the westerly winds can fly, Somebody tried to tell me, But the man forgot to tell me why,
I gotta count on being gone, Come on mamma, come on daddy, Hear what you want from me, I'll be strong, I'll be weak
Please, celebrate me home, Give me a number, Please, celebrate me home Play me one more song, That I'll always remember, I can recall whenever I find myself too all alone, I can make believe I've never gone, Then I never know where I belong, Sing me home.
