Just saw this on a site called ENSTAR....
Interesting enough, Eric Martsolf, who dons the role of Brady, had spoken to TV Source Magazine on Nov. 13 about a revelation coming up at the hands of his character.
"It's also going to come out that Brady has no ties to DiMera or Brady families at all. There is a reveal that happens - something about John Black's true mother, her true identity. There's a twist to that," he said.

Interesting. That opens up more dating possibilities for Brady.

Just to clarify - They are changing the JOHN's true mother not Brady's. Brady's mother is Isabella. And yes, this does open up more dating possiblities for him. I would kind of like to see him and Theresa together. At least, try them out.

I heard about this last week and I groaned then just I am still groaning.
UGH John has more back stories than I can keep up with. After doing all that Santos and Colleen stuff and getting Shirley Jones of all people to come on and play John's mother...they screw it up? I loved Robo John and him being Stefano's brother was priceless (although they didn't get to play much with it).
But with all that being said making Brady a Dimera, Kiriakis, and Brady backed him into a corner. Although the show has been good about bringing in fresh unrelated women for him.
