In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I thought it would be fun to list some things we are thankful for in regards to the show.
I'm thankful that the show has been so darn exciting this month. I'm also thankful for Eric and Nicole.
One more, thankful to have found such a fun Days board where the discussions stay on the positive side.

Great idea wendylou! Like you, I'm very thankful that through all the ups and downs (and V8 moments) that this show has given us that the best thing to come from it is to inspire this board that has brought so many of us together.

I'm thankful I still have Days after all these years as it always brings me that warm memory of my Mom. I would truly be crushed if it ever was cancelled. Also happy I can share my love of Days with so many kind & sweet members here even if we all may not agree on issues!

I started watching Days when I was 14 and at my Grandma's over summer vacation. She watched it so I did too. By the time I left, I was hooked on the Jennifer and Frankie love story. My Grandma is gone now but I will always remember that she is the reason I started watching Days.

I'm thankful that they actually set up the awful storyline of Kristen/Eric with so many layers and that the fallout has been better than all those horrible flashbacks.
I'm thankful for a glimpse of Eric without his collar.
I'm thankful that Ari Zucker (Nicole) rocked those scenes and had great material to work with.
I'm thankful that Sami finally has something other than EJ to occupy her on-screen time, with the Gabi/Nick story.

I'm thankful that the show has gotten good and the writers and producers seem to have finally figured out a formula that works instead of all the on again/off again Dannifer nonsense. Nowadays there are these big storylines that have far reaching consequences that involve so many characters. Characters are interacting and tangling in ways you wouldn't expect. And one great storyline rolls into another. I'm thankful that Eileen Davidson (Kristen) and Blake Berris (Nick) returned to help energize the show. I'm thankful that JJ has turned into a character I like. I'm thankful to be seeing more of Lauren Koslow (Kate) and John Aniston (Victor) lately, the parents of my favorite character. I’m thankful that we have MyHourglass to gather and support each other and make friends and talk about one of our favorite pastimes. I'm thankful to everyone who helps out here, moderators and members alike, and so happy to see people visiting and returning and participating and posting and having a good time. I'm thankful to wendylou for starting this thread. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
