I chose Nick, Max and John....
Nick because I just loved his character....when he showed up as a geek, he didn't really do that much for me but as he became "normal" I really started liking him...he was a great character...then when he went to the dark side, he rocked....the actor was superb...
Max because I had just begun to like him....he was funny and witty and sharp....I never liked him much the first few years he was on the show but he grew into a funny guy.....
John because he was soooo much fun to make fun of....his acting was soooo over the hill and soooo "soap opera"......the guy was outrageous...!!!!

I went with Mike, Bill, and Steve.
I didn't like Steve so much the last time he was on. They didn't utilize him properly in my opinion.
I am always surprised at the response to Nick. I didn't love him, but apparently a lot of others did.

Well, there's a lot of characters I miss but I chose Lucas, Steve, and John. Lucas is definitely needed on the show, IMO, and there is so much storyline potential there it's ridiculous. Steve, because he's funny and I enjoy the interaction between him and Bo. And John because I would have liked to see him with Eric Martsolf's Brady. I see a bit of John in Brady's character and would have loved to see this dynamic.

II am always surprised at the response to Nick. I didn't love him, but apparently a lot of others did. I was beginning to think I was the only one  I thought he was just OK. I was tossed between Shane & John but I picked Shane because I thought there could be lots of good espionage involved, besides a nice Brit for a change...eh, I am still tossed.  |

I agree about Steve. Maybe if he was around, Bo would be more insteresting too. And I loved Nick, PAllison. And Max. Thought that pairing him with Stephanie would ruin his character and it did. If he had stayed, maybe Melanie would have become less annoying, but with Carly's return and the reveal that her dad was Dr Feely, I guess they didn't want her part of the Brady's and we don;t even get mention of Max since her shooting. That brother sister relationship had eserious potential.

My votes were for Lucas, Bill, and Nick. Lucas, first and foremost!!! No explanation needed on that one and I think I've made my fondness for that silver fox father of Lucas' pretty well known as well. To me, Nick Fallon was one of the most unexpected and unique (both in a good way) characters Days has brought on in many, many years. He filled a niche held by no other and I believe the reason the character worked was primarily because of Blake Berris' portrayal. I don't know that the character would have been appealing to me if anyone else had been given the role. And it should go without saying (but just in case), Bryan Datillo is Lucas Horton! ... and after the Alice Memorial scenes last summer, John Martin became Bill Horton for me.

Love Steve, Shane, and Alice.
Alice was always the woman with standards and great advice. She wasn't so moral and uppity, and had just enough defiance and devil in her to do the right thing regardless of the cost. Tom and Alice were legendary.
I love Steve and Kayla. They just don't work without each other.
And Shane was always up to something interesting!

My votes go to Lucas, Bill and Other (Jack)
I'm a huge Jack and Jenn fan. So Jack is a given with Jenn back in town and about to fall victim to Dr. Jonas apparently.
I have always felt the need for Bill back in Salem, but after this summer's scenes, I want him around even more.
And it goes without saying that my love for Bryan Dattilo and Lucas is just too much to even start to say that I wanted him back, like yesterday! Lucas can come back and immediately fit it....it's that easy.
