DAYS star is looking for love on Steve Harvey Showby Dan J Kroll Though he has repeatedly been chosen by fans as one of the sexiest men on daytime television, actor Shawn Christian is still looking for love. The actor will appear this week on the Steve Harvey Show and two lucky DAYS fans will have a chance to win a date with him. Comedian-turned-talk-and-game-show-host Steve Harvey is helping one Days of our Lives star find his Mrs. Right. In an episode of the Steve Harvey Show set to air this Wednesday, DAYS star Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) tries to help his friend and castmate, Shawn Christian (Daniel Jonas), find love. As part of the matchmaking segment, Steve Harvey arranges a talk show surprise for two DAYS fans. Steve asks two women to be part of what they think is a regular dating game and, needless to say, both are shocked when they walk onstage and find out that Bachelor #1 is Shawn Christian! So why is it that Shawn is having trouble finding someone special? "I'm from the Midwest -- from Michigan originally, so I think the hardest part is finding someone with those sensibilities," Christian explains. "I love the outdoors. I prefer the elements and I love to be out in nature." Adds Martsolf, "Shawn is the guy you can go camping with, but he's also the guy you can have a glass of wine with and a great dinner." Thanks slyn. Interesting since there was a posting for "recruits" for the Steve Harvey show. I had thought about going along with it just to see what was going on since they mentioned "single females" and thought better of it. I would have LOVED to have done it just to meet Eric but Shawn just doesn't do much for me.

Woo hoo!!!  Is it bad that I am happy he is single? It probably is. Oh well...I have been like in love with him since the park bench with Chelsea lol. I am definitely going to have to check that out. lol Interesting Eric is helping him out. |

I choose Rose Marie. She is taking this much more seriously and doesn't have an awful laugh like the other woman does. Marnie is working hard to sound like a party girl and that's not what Shawn wants.
