Still catching up on episodes.
I enjoyed Brady and Chloe's chatat the Pub on Tuesday and it was nice to see her somewhere other than the Cheatin Heart and drinking something other than an alcholic beverage. I do believe she was pouring herself a cup of coffee.
I liked that he was being supportive of her but was kind of stunned at the end of the conversation when, out of left field, he tells her he hopes she finds a man who deserves her. What does that have to do with anything? He made it sound like a man is the solution to all her problems. That little comment bugged me, especially where Chloe is concerned. Did it bug anyone else?

My problem with these writers is that believe every woman NEEDS a man. Lately Maggie told someone (was it Chloe?)they need a man, Chloe told Maggie that no woman should be alone and now this remark!

I liked their conversation but yeah, I suppose that comment was not necessary. And you are right. It seems like no woman could possibly survive in Salem without being with a man for more than 5 minutes. I wish they would explore more with the whole Brady/Chloe angle. I really like these two together when their onscreen. I'd much rather have Brady hanging out with Chloe than playing in the sandbox with Melanie. sportsgirl, I think Maggie had been talking to Taylor around the time that Fay died or was sick and she was commenting how Nicole had EJ to lean on but what about Taylor. Little did Maggie know that Taylor was already leaning on EJ among other things.

Obviously all women in Salem need a man or sometimes two. LOL Good grief! You'd think Chloe could be alone for a little while to deal with the loss of her marriage and not being able to be with her baby. I guess if you have a new man those things won't bother you anymore.!

Or Melanie whose marriage broke up, had a miscarriage and was almost murdered... you think she might want to lay low for awhile...

I have to say, Melanie's good...she gets rid of two, she gets two more. LOL

^^^^ Very true. She swapped Philip for Brady but went from a doctor to dimbulb.
