You might want to change the headline. It says he was NOT arrested. Plus, it's from TMZ, so you have to take it with a grain of salt.

I changed the title! LOL I didn't see the bottom half of it before I posted it!
Yeah, he was let go it said, but I thought it was still interesting that he had to be handcuffed at gunpoint! I cannot imagine having a gun pulled on me!

When I was in college, I was actually held up at gunpoint. I was a cashier at a restaurant, and a guy came up behind me (when no one was around), put the gun in my back and said something like "Gimme all the money." Stupid me, I pushed back away from the register, and yelled "No! You're not gettin' my money! Get out of here!!" He stumbled back, and ran away. I even chased him out of the store. If I could have caught up with him, I'm not sure what I would have done, but at the moment, I was PISSED!!! How dare he try to rob me?!? They guy looked pretty young and, for some reason, I never felt like I was in danger. Amazingly, the customers that were eating their chicken wings just a few feet away never looked up. I walked, calmly, to the back of the kitchen and got the manager. The cops were called and eventually they caught the guy and he went to jail for like 7 years. It's funny. You never know how you'll react in certain situation until you are in them. I'm happy to report that I am, apparently, a bad ass.
