Oh my gracious, Daniel fell for it....wait let me start at the first....
When Daniel leaves Jennifer's he goes to his apartment to tuck Parker in....he uses his key and goes in, which I think is wrong wrong wrong...he has a woman living their, he has moved into a motel and he should knock...they aren't a couple, or family or what not, and he shouldn't be able to just walk in...but I digress....anyway, Parker is already asleep and Chloe tells Daniel that he tried to stay away, and kept saying "I want my Daddy" or some such thing and Daniel accuses Chloe of lying, he's really mad about the whole mess and lowers the boom on Chloe, Chloe gets mad and leaves the room to call her mom....she comes back and tells Daniel that her mom will be their tomorrow...Daniel tells her to stay away from Jennifer and Abigail and leaves.....
Soooo, then Nancy calls Daniel and tells him she knows what is going on with Chloe trying to get him back, and she tells Daniel that Chloe needs to let it go and move on. She says she will help Chloe find her way through all of this....I knew she was lying but Daniel is relieved and thrilled. Then Nancy calls Chloe and tells her it went perfect, she stuck to the script exactly and he fell for it and it will work out the way Chloe planned......
Poor Daniel, he is so stupid, you just almost have to feel sorry for him.....he doesn't stand a chance when Nancy gets back in town...Jennifer might as well sign up to match.com......

Nancy's back. Yay. Maybe yay. I wonder what the plan is.
See, this is also out of character for Chloe, scheming WITH her mother. They have never been close. Chloe didn't even want to involve her parents when she needed them most. They are not the people she normally turns to.
Oh, and as for Daniel being stupid, well, it's beyond belief. Where did he get his medical degree again?

Chloe was always annoyed at Nancy's interference in the past. Daniel went to med school on some Caribbean island. Just my theory...I haven't seen his diploma. LOL |

Maybe that's Nancy's motivation...she wants to have a relationship with Chloe, so she's willing to help Chloe scheme to put her family back together.
And, it shows how desperate Chloe is; she's enlisting Nancy to help her against Dan and Jennifer.

Nancy got very involved with Chloe's plan to make Brady think she was dead, didn't she? I can't remember that story very clearly, but I think Nancy kept lying to Brady about Chloe being dead when she was actually lurking 10 feet away with a sheet over her face.
