Unless they give him one heck of a story, I wouldn't wish the show on any returning characters right now. They bring them back for some "big" scene, and in less than a day it's over and they are shuffled to the back burner for Daniel/Jennifer/Chloe or Sami/EJ.

I hear you Mae! Sheri Anderson really did a great job with the actors in the 80's! I think it was a combination of her great writing and his great acting that made the character of Patch! I still watch some of those scenes every now and then and LMAO! Especially liked the scenes with Charlie! Patch was so carefree, totally opposite of Shane Donovan and it made for great T.V.

It would be nice to bring him back even for a few months. They could reunite him with Kayla and then send them off happily if he didn't want to stay long term.

I heard something at Sony but it seemed to be a "spumor". Nothing confirmed yet. If I hear anything more concrete I will make sure to pop on over and let you all know. I would love for Stephen Nichols to come back too!
